Bolt.new – A Game-Changer for Angular & React Developers
In the ever-evolving world of frontend development, speed, efficiency, and clean code are everything. Recently, I came across a new AI-powered tool that's genuinely impressive: Bolt.new.
If you're working with Angular or React, this tool may become your new favorite assistant.
What is Bolt.new?
Bolt.new is an AI-driven web development assistant that helps you build web interfaces faster by converting natural language prompts into production-ready code, with framework-specific support for Angular and React.
Think of it as your virtual frontend engineer: smart, fast, and fully aligned with best practices.
Key Highlights
✅ AI Code Generation: Describe what you need (e.g., “Create a responsive dashboard with cards and charts”)—Bolt.new instantly generates modular, well-structured components in your chosen framework.
✅ Framework-Specific Support :Choose between Angular or React and let the AI handle scaffolding, services, routing, and more using modern practices.
✅ Live UI Editor: Edit visually or tweak the code directly with a real-time preview that makes experimentation and iteration incredibly smooth.
✅ Responsive by Default: Mobile-first layouts, Flexbox, CSS Grid, and TailwindCSS compatibility—without writing everything from scratch.
✅ API Integration Ready: Need to connect your UI with real data? Bolt.new can scaffold API calls and connect them to the right components.

Who Should Try This?
Smart Code, Not Just Fast Code
What I love most: Bolt.new doesn’t just generate code—it understands how to structure it properly. The output is clean, readable, and modular—ready for real-world projects, not just demos.
See It In Action: Bolt.new’s Output from Simple Prompts
I recently tried out Bolt.new, and the results were impressive. With just a short text prompt, the AI generated a clean, responsive UI and structured code — all tailored to the selected framework (React or Angular). Below are real examples of what Bolt.new delivered:
Hey, I just followed Bolt.new to share feedback and here you go with a post. Thanks. Honest feedback : What I loved : 1. Integration to Expo and Figma. 2. Understands the wireframes to create UI, well. 3. 10M tokens for the pro is decent to roll out well working MVP. What could Improve : 1. I understand bolt uses Claude, but then there is a problem with Claude in general I faced and I didnt notice that until I started using Bolt. the NLP prompts are not understood clearly. I have always had unwanted extra information irrelevant to the ask. Example : I asked for a label to be moved to center aligned instead of left and after 10 attempts it still couldnt do this simple job, probably because it was thinking about the previous conversations of the app, and it kept changing codes that were irrelevant to this simple task. I have cancelled my subscription for now because of many such examples I would definitely try bolt.diy with Gemini if my machine had enough capacity, but for now, I dont, have lot of other stuff I run parallely, so its okay I pay for the AI. Suggestions : If you could give the users to use the LLM like in bolt.diy, would be great, I have had great success building stuff using gemini.
