Q: Can you tell us about the inception of ASPL DMS product?
A: The idea for DMS was conceived in 1999 when the concept of cloud computing was still in its nascent stages. We wanted to provide businesses with a reliable and secure cloud-based document management solution and DMS was born.
Q: What are the unique features of ASPL's DMS?
A: Our DMS product has all the features required in a modern document management and enterprise content management (ECM) system. It includes document scanning, indexing, versioning, metadata, access control, workflow management and collaboration tools. It is also available in 153 countries and can integrate with any cloud, on-premise or Azure environment.
Q: How does the product development process work?
A: We follow an agile development methodology. We have a dedicated product development team that works closely with our customers and partners to understand their needs and requirements. We then incorporate their feedback and suggestions into the product roadmap and release updates and new features regularly.

Q: Can you share some insights on the future of ASPL's DMS product?
A: We are constantly working on improving the user experience and adding new features to our DMS product. In the coming months, we plan to introduce advanced search capabilities, AI-powered document classification and integration with popular productivity tools like Microsoft Office and G Suite.
