• We are seeking a Java Backend Developer with 3+ years of Java 11 experience .
• Essential skills include Spring Boot, AWS, and backend development expertise.
• Candidates must excel in designing and implementing microservices and have hands-on experience with AWS Kinesis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• The role involves a hybrid work model and three rounds of interviews, with a strong emphasis on coding proficiency.
• Candidates with front-end or full-stack backgrounds will not be considered

Questionnaires Explian in 2 Lines:

•          Do you have at least 12+ years of experience in designing and developing software applications using Java 11 for atleast 3 years?

•             Do you have experience deploying and maintaining software using public cloud platforms such as AWS?

•             Have you implemented architectural patterns such as MVC, Microservices?

•             Describe your experience deploying software using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps?

•             Have you worked with message streaming solutions like AWS Kinesis, Apache Kafka, or others?

•             What is your experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)

•             Discuss your familiarity with various datastores (e.g., AWS Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB) and other AWS technologies (e.g., API Gateway, Lambda, S3)

Technical Skills (Required):

• 8+ years or more of experience in designing and developing software applications in Java.

• Designing, developing, deploying and maintaining software at scale.

• Developing software applications using relational and NoSQL databases.

• Application architectural patterns, such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven, etc.

• Deploying software using CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Go CD, etc

• Deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure.

• Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)

• Strong understanding and/or experience in many of the following

• Message streaming solutions, such as AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Apache ActiveMQ.

• Experience designing well-defined Restful APIs

• Hands on experience with API tools such as Swagger, Postman and Assertible

• Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development.

• Hands on experience with testing tools such as Cucumber and Selenium and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.

• Datastores such as AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, Redis, MySQL, Oracle.

• Other AWS technologies, such as API Gateway, ALB, NLB, Fargate, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc o Debugging and maintaining software in Linux or Unix platforms

• The client is seeking an experienced Java developer with 8+ years of experience in software design, development, and deployment, particularly with relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD tools, and public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Key responsibilities include driving application development, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining high software quality standards.
