Back to where I started...

Take a look at this badge. When I was 16 years old I waited in line 3 hours to become one of the first employees of the brand new McDonald’s in my small town. There I learned the value of hard work, teams and as a crew trainer how to teach others to improve. After 4 wonderful years at Ford working in analytics I am going back to my beginnings, this time as the director for global analytics enablement. Think about a place where nearly 1% of the world’s population dines every day across 118 countries! We will help each department and country tell their story by building their own data driven analytics. They say that McDonald’s is the best first job you could have – and for me that was true. Looking forward to building an organization that globally can make it even better.

That's inspiring and motivating, every story begins with a small step and this would be a learning experience for us to be meeting you today in person 😊 Excited to meet and learn from you. !

Jeff- Wonderful how you are telling your story with the badge! Did you really keep that for decades??? Looks legit.
