Attack of the QR Codes

Attack of the QR Codes

The seemingly benign QR (Quick Response) code is nearly everywhere you look these days. They are useful – simply point your phone at it, and you’re looking at a menu or reading assembly instructions for your last purchase. QR codes have proven more useful than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic by providing restaurants a simple and sanitary method of distributing menus. How harmful could they be?

Love it! Question: Is QR a good choice for inventory control in a factory setting? Are there open source resources out there that we could check out to learn more?
