Artificial Intelligence (AI) has walked its journey from concept to real life consumption, the path of probability adopted has potentially transformed the way things will work around us.

The intrusion in personal and professional lives has reached to an extent that has left us unware of the formats in which we have got used to of AI. There is no disproving the business prospects/scope it dowries to the commercial functions. Thus, it leads us to eventually think will it replace the humans “its creators”.

AI is rapidly gaining its ground in honeycombs of business, it has zoomed pass in verticals of Marketing, IT, Sales. Its assistance in across various tedious processes to streamline and analytics of data has led to more opportunities. The game changer will be its adaption to newer applications in HRMS, its entrenched in its core processing will be a welcome note waited for long.

Entice, Involve, Retain and Transform. AI will have a tremendous impact in embedding these visions of Organization. AI holds an opportunity to improve the efficacy of recruitment cycle.

Affirmation on languages, technical and creating apparatuses to rank applicants based on their talent meters, speeding the hiring process is the way to implement AI.

Scripting from the unscripted data, profiling from pool of candidates. Corporates are using AI to create, maintain & develop encounters faced from the job market; match making with the industry and organization specific dexterity is the way.

AI will benefit in exterminating the traditional approach of Recruitment, Inductions, Payroll, Labour Compliances or any such activity which dwells on time.

AI shall deal with subjective opinion, unaware or the deeply rooted shortcomings of biases of human decisions. By driving on data of people analytics, ensuring productivity through monitoring performance, interlinking on vacancies to be filled through new opportunities, amplifying the training needs, is way to implement with AI. Machine leaning diversifies the approach towards learning, simplifies objective based answers, AI rectifies and refines massive datasets of subtle patterns. The focus shifts to areas of detailed and pronouncement decision making.

AI could stimulus Productivity- be it vending, production, customer service or any parameter of performance, the focus will on high engagement and retaining employees. AI will have a major influence on viewing the performances of the resources, industry benchmarking, review on patterns of employee specific groups. Linking with rewards for corresponding performances. It will shorten the year long wait of employee performance cycle and help in assessing the achievable, hence controlling the productivity.

Events that exclude cognitive, human replication are likely to be overtaken by AI. As Human Values, Strategic planning, Soft Skills, Creative Solutions are to stay here. With AI, human reach will be more it will not completely replace the artificial intelligence as it serves to reach the commercial effectiveness. It will make the human scheduling and vision more meaningful, it will not change blatant, in fact AI and Human Resources will complement each other, the processes and approach will be a win-win. The strategist will survive. It will not replace the humans.
