1.Introduction

In today’s technological world machine are replacing human labor everywhere. The day is not far that companies will prefer employing robots instead of humans.

The only difference between humans and machines which is an obstacle to rely on machines is “Machines are not intelligent”. The only solution to this problem is artificial intelligence. It is nothing but giving human intelligence to machines in an artificial way. Its major function is to make robots a good mimic of human being.

1.1 Types of Artificial Intelligence:

• · Weak AI – Intelligence exhibited by robots on a very basic level.
•  Strong AI – Intelligence given to machines so that they have some level of consciousness and mind.
•  Artificial general intelligence – Machine with the ability to apply intelligence to a particular problem and solve it quickly i.e. typically as smart as humans.
• Super intelligence – Artificial intelligence challenging one of the brightest and most gifted human minds.

1.2 Intelligence exhibited by Humans:

Human Intelligence is something naturally present with all of us; no artificiality is involved in it. Every human is being gifted with equal Intelligence.

In human intelligence the word ‘Intelligence’ plays a vital role because intelligence is with them but they need to make step by step plan before performing certain task. Its natural blessing and no one can replace it except GOD.

1.3 Artificial Intelligence vs. Human intelligence:

By seeing AI as well as HI we know that Human Intelligence is something naturally present with humans and we use it everywhere without intelligence a human is like an ocean without water. Humans have a thought process. They think before they act. So chances of making mistakes reduces if we use this intelligence, intelligently. On the other hand, artificial intelligence is making up models that can behave like humans which seems impossible because nothing can replace a natural thing into an artificial thing.

2. Future of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the intelligence of machines. It is about designing such machines that can actually think. Researchers also aim to add an emotional aspect to it. How will it affect our lives?

Pros

With artificial intelligence, the chances of error are almost nil and greater accuracy is achieved.

Smartphone’s are a great example of the application of artificial intelligence. In utilities like predicting what a user is about to type and it is too smart to human errors in spelling, machine intelligence is at work. Applications like Siri in I phones that act as personal assistants, GPS and Maps applications that give users the best or the shortest routes to find their way around take traffic as well as time estimates to reach there, use artificial intelligence.

Fraud detection is also possible in smart card-based systems with the use of AI. It is also employed to manage records in banks and financial organizations.

Cons

One of the main disadvantages of artificial intelligence is its cost of maintenance and repair which is far more than hospital bills. Programs need to be updated time to time to suit changing requirements and make the system smarter than before.

An important concern regarding the application of artificial intelligence is about ethics and moral values. Is it ethically correct to create replicas of human beings? Do our moral values allow us to recreate intelligence? Intelligence is a gift of nature. It may not be right to install it into a machine to make it work for our benefit.

3. Conclusion

Putin says the nation that leads in AI ‘will be the ruler of the world’.

 Elon Musk: "China, Russia, soon all countries adopted it. Competition for AI superiority at national level is supposed to be most likely cause for WW3 IMO."

It is expected that till 2050 machines can completely replace human labor in almost every field. Scientists are trying hard to put up all their forces to build a new creation of artificial humans but one thing is clear that what God has made no one else can replace it.

Thus Future of artificial intelligence is like “DOUBLE EDGED SWORD”.
