[AOneCode] Actively Hiring Tech Companies

Greetings, my friend!

This week we have put together a list of companies currently hiring. Please take a moment to check it out and share it with anyone who may be interested.

(We have also included the average salaries corresponding to these positions, ranging from entry level to senior and staff levels.)


Below are some recent updates regarding the hiring status at various companies:

In general, we are not observing a significant number of vacancies being released by Google, Amazon, and Meta.

- Meta has announced a few new positions, however, the number of available positions is limited, and they predominantly seek candidates with senior+ level experience.

- Apple is in a constant hiring phase, and they have just announced numerous new vacancies. We encourage you to explore these opportunities.

- Recently, we have several our customers secure positions at Netflix, which is worth considering.

- Amazon has begun the process of distributing OAs. Please be advised that even upon successful completion of the OA, the next round of interview is not guaranteed.

- Google's current hiring activity is relatively low. While there are open positions, the hiring bar has been raised. Newly released positions are being filled rapidly, but there is a notable demand for MLEs.


While the hiring activity among larger companies appears to be slower, we are noticing robust hiring trends among smaller companies. Two tips:


1) When considering smaller companies, we recommend accelerating your interview process due to their limited vacancies, which can be filled quite rapidly.


2) Also, smaller companies come with a different interview style. Two key factors are: matching skill sets, and hands on experience.


So, when preparing for interviews in the current landscape, we suggest you focus on roles or teams that align well with your past work experience. Also, make sure to be ready to answer detailed questions about your projects.

(Again, we've seen many candidates perform well in interviews but still not receive an offer. This mismatch is often the reason.)
