Android SDK Unit Testing

Android SDK Unit Testing

My first Lynda.com training video, “Android SDK Unit Testing,” was released this week.  I hope those learning Android that need help building tests to improve the quality of their apps will take a look.  I also provide a look at some tools - like UI Automator, MonkeyRunner, Robolectric, Robotium and more - that may give some experienced Android developers ideas about how they can improve their app testing.

My thanks to my producer Scott Simpson and all the great people at Lynda.  It is a great experience to author and record a training video with Lynda.  So much goes into the creation of these videos.  If you have the opportunity, take them up on the challenge.  It’s a lot of work, but with this great team behind you, you’ll be proud of the results.
