Android in the Classroom: A Comparison


Tablets have become a popular device in the classroom to engage students and make learning fun, but not all tablets are equal. Prowess Consulting put two Android tablets through typical classroom scenarios to see which performed better: the ASUS Transformer Pad TF103C, powered by an Intel processor, or the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1.

The ASUS Transformer Pad outperformed the Samsung Galaxy in collaboration, video conferencing and ruggedness. Faster performance means students are spending more time learning.
