This is AI...

The recruiter uses AI for the job "Playwright engineer". Playwright is a framework for programmers writing browser tests by the way. Using AI to discover relevant keywords, the recruiter then adds them to the job description. The words they add are: Creative Writing, Dramaturgy Event Planning, Plays, Playwriting, Theatre, Writing

Yup, the recruiter is now using actual theatre playwriting terms. Facepalm.

The ATS system filters out programmers as it endless searches for theater graduates.

Smart applicants then use AI to beef up their programming resumes to make sure all these "essential" keywords are now mentioned in their job applications.

All a wAIste of time.

Eventually this game ends with AI vs AI.
