• Accept WORKING SOFTWARE over quality degradation/sprint-delay?

• CONSISTENTLY maintain a SUSTAINABLE pace of delivery as a team?

• Keep things SIMPLE and cut out unnecessary complexities from the requirement/solutions to move faster?

• Continuously strive for IMPROVING the technical ability and design of the system to enhance agility?

• Believe that our team is SELF ORGANIZING?

• Regularly REFLECT on how to become more effective and WORK towards it?
