Agile is about Mind Set, not a process
We always read about current Fashion Trends, but guess what today's IT fashion is? - Agile Methodology!!! People say it is a new process of software development and testing but the deep study makes you understand that it is beyond a monotonous process of development and testing checklist. It is about the innovation of process in every iteration of the development, testing, and release cycle.
Agile is "Not a methodology!" but an alternative to traditional project management. It is about the adaptive mindset of the team, by the team, for the team. That sounds like a democratic statement :) yes indeed, Agile is also like democracy – people have every right to say their ideas, every right to question, and rights to project information which in turn results the facilitator (a.k.a Scrum Master) demanding the needs of the team to higher management similar to the government leader who represents the need of the people in the parliament meeting :)
It’s all about winning or losing as a team. Anything can happen, that’s why it is all about Mindset. E.g. If any one of the team members is not happy about not getting the role of the Scrum Master and in turn make sure to do politics within the team, the definite thing is “Team loses!” and in turn, everyone suffers and one day you lose your job. If this is OK for anyone in the team, then it will happen, no doubt about that.

That’s why Agile talks about “self-organized, highly-motivated team” and face-to-face communication. For Agile to be successful, it needs candidates with “Silent leadership” qualities. Any silent leader needs these types of qualities – Be a Role Model, Show commitment, be a Coach, Be Humble, be a facilitator and of course be a silent leader.
One should realize that no one has to fight for recognition in Agile. Agile will make everyone’s quality transparent in the incremental process of discussion, sharing work, helping others, and succeeding as a team - like happy endings in the movies. You can be sure that everyone succeeds in the end – One as a helper, one as a coach, one as a humble person, and so on. Remember not everyone is good at everything. No person is all good or all bad.
If the individual has that kind of mindset then what stops you? Go on book a movie ticket, watch the story, and see the happy endings. Oh crap! I am writing about Agile – SORRY! Get a project, work with Agile and see the success :)
