The first step for this is the passion to learn. This way you will enjoy the process. The intensity of learning invented sequences helps you refine your vision and your discovery makes it powerful. Numerous studies have shown that setting a clear learning intention can make the learning process more efficient, fun and successful.

Things that hold us back

 As we focus on a specific performance goal, we should focus more on the learning process.

we set learning intention that are not meaningful.

Design a frame accordingly your desired outcome as learning intension rather than a performance goal. Enjoy performance rather than outcomes

Don't set performance goal too early and when you falied to achieve them to iu feel overwhelmed and give up.

Neuroscience confirm that focusing on a performance goal too early can short circuit your learning and slow down your energy away.Focusing on a journey means priotizing the learning experience itself.

The best learning intension are the one that are linked to meaning. Think about last activity you truly enjoyed and was personally rewarded. There was no prize threat or external factor influencing your behavior. Only heartwarming feeling inside you.

Growth mindset:

The concept of growth mindset is that Skills can be gained From hard work and can be improved over time

Mindsets are attitude and beliefs that your brain uses as filter or you can say lenses. Mindsets driven your behavior how you're going to perform i.e.

If you are colleague ask you to design a brochure and your first thought is I am not just good at that sort of. you may be operating a fixed mindset.

Think about a time you have fixed Mindsets recently. what impact this have on you? if you try with growth mindset such as; I enjoy new opportunities to grow my skills

is someone praised you for being and out of the box thinker your risk taker in similar conditions

This is important to know mindsets can empower you or hold you back satisfaction, physical health and achievements are driven by mindsets.
