Greetings to everyone, my name is Muhammad Aimar Rizki Utama, who is a Bangkit 2023 student with the Cloud Computing learning path. On this occasion, I really want to share my experiences on how I adapted and was able to survive in the Bangkit 2023 program by adapting interactions, achievements, learning, working, and thinking correctly. Through this writing I hope to provide insight and inspiration for readers who are also following the same program or achieving the same goals as me or even better.
- Ways of interacting : During the Bangkit2023 program, we conduct online learning. With this kind of learning, I continue to interact as much as possible with mentors/advisors so that I make sure that I make good use of the opportunity to ask questions and discuss. Then to interact with other fellow students I adapted how to make sure we can understand the material together and do the final capstone project work correctly in an active way to continue holding meetings together for example using Google meet to be able to issue ideas, ideas, or even complaints that we do not understand
- Ways of achieving : For this part I was able to adapt by having a target from the start of what I wanted to achieve while participating in this program. For me personally there are several targets that I want to achieve such as understanding deeper concepts and technologies in Cloud Computing, being able to use the Cloud Computing platform which will certainly be very useful when I enter the world of work later, Being able to design cloud-based applications, getting to know with many people from various regions in Indonesia with different cultures, personalities, backgrounds, having a wider network, being able to improve speaking skills, and much more, of course I can achieve all of that by staying focused on the tasks assigned and improve my performance every time
- Ways of learning : During this program, I studied a lot of new technologies that I had never tried or studied before, such as the Google Cloud Platform, for example, to find out that I adapted and survived by studying well all the learning materials that had been given, if there were any, for example. what I still don't understand, I will try to dig deeper with various learning resources such as training modules on the internet, video tutorial videos, and other online resources. When we try to learn more deeply and actively believe we will be able to master it even better
- Ways of working : During this program, we are given quite a lot of tasks, but all of them can be completed properly and perfectly when we have a good work culture. finish, which ones I still don't really understand so I can learn more deeply. and there is one more thing that we must hold firmly, namely remembering the goals we have achieved, when we have clear final goals we will continue to be enthusiastic about doing all the work, no matter how hard it is, and continue to get good spirit energy. Then in this program apart from working alone we also have to work with people we have never met before to adapt to this new environment I build positive working relationships and group or team members and build trust among colleagues
- Ways of thinking : During this program, we will face many challenges that really require creative and innovative thinking, such as when we have created a capstone project later, we have to think outside the box and look for alternatives when dealing with difficult problems. I myself like to study, for example, how a company that has been successful can be successful, what ideas have they put out, from references like that, it can train us to think further creatively, such as lateral thinking, not just vertical thinking.
