There’s a quiet shift in how code gets written. AI is helping teams move faster, no doubt about that. But speed changes habits. Less time reading code. Less time questioning decisions. More reliance on outputs that “just work”. Open Source has always depended on people who care about how things are built, not just that they run. That part is starting to fade in some teams. This isn’t about pushing back on AI. It’s about being aware of what we might be losing while adopting it. How are you handling AI-generated code in your team? #SoftwareDevelopment #OpenSource #AIinTech #CodeQuality #LLMs #Programming #ioet

𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐈: Treating it as 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞, not as 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞. AI isn’t just about writing code faster. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭: • Reducing cognitive load • Improving code consistency • Catching design flaws earlier • Automating review and refactoring I talked about this in a video long before copilots became mainstream. The tooling evolved. The opportunity stayed the same. 🎥 https://lnkd.in/d-bmjSue #AIforDevelopers #Coding #EngineeringLeadership

Built this project in just 5 minutes using Claude + Antigravity. What used to take hours of planning and development can now be done in minutes with the right tools. This experiment highlights how quickly ideas can move from concept to execution. AI is not just speeding things up it’s changing the way we approach problem solving and building products. 👇👇Comment below for the link. #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #AIDevelopment #MachineLearning #TechInnovation #SoftwareDevelopment #WebDevelopment #FutureOfWork #DigitalTransformation #Automation #Innovation #Developers #Programming #TechTrends #Productivity #BuildInPublic #StartupLife #LearningInPublic #AITools #NoCode #LowCode

Before AI gave instant answers, there was Stack Overflow. It wasn’t just a tool, it was where developers learned patience. Reading threads, trying solutions, failing, and trying again. You didn’t just get answers… you learned how to think. That’s the legacy. AI makes things faster. But Stack Overflow made us better. #Developers #StackOverflow #Programming #TechJourney #LearningToCode #AI #GrowthMindset

Speed is a tool. Thinking is a skill. AI gives us the "what," but the era of Stack Overflow taught us the "why." Never lose the second one.

Agree with this because AI is a powerful tool, but it's only as good as your prompt. It doesn't truly understand your architecture. I still stand by Stack Overflow as a better platform for deep troubleshooting. Why? Because you aren't just getting an answer; you're getting collective experience and peer-validated logic that AI tools often miss. Still many people(not freshers I think 🤔) are using stack overflow.

My message to AI doomers who think AI-generated code will end software development: "Civilization advances by extending the number of operations we can perform without thinking about them." — Alfred North Whitehead, mathematician and philosopher AI, in the right hands and used correctly, will arguably be one of the best things to happen to software development in the 21st century. #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #SoftwareDevelopment #Programming #TechFuture #Automation #DeveloperLife #Innovation #FutureOfWork #MachineLearning #Coding #TechTrends
