💰 I built a responsive Expense Manager web application to improve my frontend development skills and understand how real-time UI updates work. 🔗 Live Demo: https://lnkd.in/d4xfxaFH GitHub: https: //https://lnkd.in/dGtfJXWw Instead of just designing the UI, I focused on how the application behaves: • ➕ Adding and managing income & expenses • ⚡ Real-time balance calculation without page reload • 📊 Dynamic charts for expense tracking (Chart.js) • 🔍 Category filtering and search functionality • 📁 Exporting data as CSV • 💾 Persistent data using local Storage • 🌙 Dark mode support with saved preferences One thing I focused on was handling state and updating the UI instantly based on user actions. ⚙️ Challenges I faced: • Keeping charts in sync with dynamic data • Managing state using vanilla JavaScript • Handling edge cases like empty data and filters 🛠️ Tech Stack: HTML | CSS | Bootstrap | JavaScript | Chart.js This project helped me improve my understanding of DOM manipulation, state handling, and building interactive user interfaces. 🚀 Open to Frontend Developer opportunities. #FrontendDevelopment #WebDevelopment #JavaScript #Projects #OpenToWork #Bootstrap

You're a web designer or software developer. Do you think the client cares about what programing language or developmemt platform you use? "Hi. I'm a full stack developer specialising in reactjs, Next js, typescript, JavaScript, MongoDB, postgresql, Node js, Nestjs, Laravel and have good experience if any project or work or job please contact me" 👆 I receive messages like this all the time and the same copy appears in posts and bios repeatedly. Really, the client only cares about one thing... will it work? The problem I encounter with most developers when they're trying to market themselves is that it hasn't occurred to them that they're trying to market themselves. Actually very few seem to have any comprehension of business in general. You're probably a very skilled and very capable developer but the reason you're struggling to get clients has nothing to do with your technical ability. You haven't realised yet that you're running a business and so your ficus is on: ❕️ Code ❕️ Technical capacity ❕️ Deliverability ❕️ Impressing the client ...and really, you need to focus on: ✅️ Positioning ✅️ Brand ✅️ Trust ✅️ Client perception The gap inbetween is your struggle. When every developer is promoting themselves in the same way and none of them are getting awarded the job/project then why are you going to win the job when you're doing nothing different and you look exactly the same. You need to differentiate yourself from the other developers, not compete with them. You need a brand, you need to offer a promise, not a stack and you need to tell a story. You need to think less like a technician and more like a business owner. Market the product, not the skills, tools and tasks that allow you to create it. If this sounds like you and you’re struggling to get consistent clients, drop me a message and together we can work on results you're proud of. Peace ✌️
