I thought Java runs one task at a time… I was wrong. Today I started learning Multithreading, and it completely changed how I look at programs. At first, it felt confusing. How can multiple things run at the same time? What exactly is a thread? But after spending some time, things started to click. 👉 A thread is just a smaller unit of a process that can run independently. Here’s what I understood today: ✔ Multiple threads can run simultaneously ✔ It helps improve performance and responsiveness ✔ But managing them properly is very important I also learned there are two ways to create threads: Extending the Thread class Implementing the Runnable interface 👉 Runnable felt more flexible because we can extend other classes as well. Another interesting part was the Thread Life Cycle: New → Runnable → Running → Waiting → Terminated Understanding this flow made it easier to see how threads actually behave during execution. Also realized something important: 👉 More threads doesn’t always mean better performance If not handled properly, it can cause issues like: Race conditions Unpredictable results Still learning concepts like synchronization, but this topic already feels powerful. Step by step learning 🚀 If you’ve worked with multithreading, what was the hardest part for you? #java #multithreading #backenddevelopment #javadeveloper #codingjourney #learninginpublic #softwaredevelopment

🚀 Day 5 of Java Learning Journey – Mastering Advanced Patterns Today I explored some advanced pattern problems in Java, which really helped me improve my logic building and understanding of loops 🔁 🔷 Patterns Covered: 🔹 Diamond Pattern A combination of pyramid and inverted pyramid. Helps in mastering nested loops and symmetry logic. 🔹 Number Pyramid Focuses on structured number sequences and increment/decrement logic. Great for improving control over variables inside loops. 🔹 Palindromic Pattern A very interesting pattern where numbers mirror themselves (like 12321). It builds strong understanding of reverse logic and spacing. 🔹 Solid Rhombus A shifted square pattern that teaches spacing and alignment using loops. 💡 What I Learned: ✔ How to manage spaces and stars/numbers together ✔ Importance of nested loops in pattern design ✔ Logic building step-by-step instead of memorizing ✔ Writing clean and readable code 📌 Key Tip: Don’t try to memorize patterns — understand the logic behind rows, columns, and spaces. Once you get that, you can build any pattern easily! 🔥 Slowly moving from basics to advanced — consistency is the key! #Java #Programming #CodingJourney #100DaysOfCode #JavaLearning #DSA #CodingPractice

🚀 Day 16 of My Java Learning Journey Today, I explored one of the most important OOP concepts in Java — Constructors 🔥 🔹 What I Learned: • Constructor is a special method used to initialize objects • It has the same name as the class • No return type (not even void) • Automatically called when object is created 🔹 Types of Constructors: • Default Constructor • Parameterized Constructor 💡 Key Insight: Java does not have a built-in copy constructor like C++, but we can create it manually if needed. 🧠 Realization: Constructors make object creation more structured and efficient — they are like the “starting point” of any object in Java. Day 16 of My Java Learning Journey Today, I explored an efficient and elegant approach to finding the median of a list using Java Streams. Instead of relying on traditional iterative logic, this solution leverages the power of functional programming to: • Sort the dataset • Dynamically identify the middle element(s) • Handle both odd and even-sized lists seamlessly • Compute the result using a concise and readable pipeline What makes this approach impactful is not just correctness, but clarity. With a few well-structured stream operations, we can express a problem that typically requires multiple conditional checks in a much cleaner way. This reinforces an important principle in modern Java development: writing code that is not only efficient, but also expressive and maintainable. Consistently practicing these patterns is helping me think in terms of data transformations rather than step-by-step instructions — a key mindset shift for building scalable applications. #Java #JavaStreams #FunctionalProgramming #CodingJourney #SoftwareDevelopment #CleanCode #Programming #Developers #TechLearning #BackendDevelopment #CodeDaily #LearningInPublic

✨ I’m happy to share that today I learned the core concepts of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) in Java by implementing 🚀OOPs Pillars Explained in a Single Program practical way by implementing all concepts in a single Java program. 📌 OOPs Pillars: 🔹 Encapsulation Binding data (variables) and methods into a single unit (class) and restricting direct access using access modifiers. 🔹 Inheritance Acquiring properties and behaviors from one class to another using the “extends” keyword. Helps in code reusability. 🔹 Polymorphism One method, multiple behaviors. Achieved using method overloading and method overriding. 🔹 Abstraction Hiding implementation details and showing only essential features using abstract classes and interfaces. 📌 Key Understanding: Instead of learning concepts individually, implementing all OOPs pillars in one program gives a clear picture of how they work together in real-world applications. 💡 This is the core foundation of Java and essential for building scalable applications. #CoreJava #OOPsConcepts #JavaLearning #Programming #TapAcademy #LearningJourney #DeveloperSkills

Day 27 of Learning Java, Writing Code Without Knowing the Type? 👀⚡ Today I learned something powerful… 👉 Generics At first it looks confusing… but once it clicks it’s 🔥 💡 The Problem Before Generics Using Object everywhere: • Type casting needed • Risk of runtime errors (ClassCastException) Basically… unsafe. 🚀 Enter Generics <T> = placeholder for type Now Java checks everything at compile time. Safer. Cleaner. Smarter. 📦 Concept That Clicked Box<T> → can store any type But still remains type-safe No casting. No confusion. ⚡ Generic Methods Methods can have their own <T> Independent. Flexible. Reusable. 🎯 Bounded Types <T extends Number> Now Java says: “Only numbers allowed.” No random types. Full control. Big realization today? Generics = flexibility + safety at the same time. Write once… use for multiple types… without breaking the code 🔥🚀 Day 27 and now my code is getting cleaner and more professional 😎 Special thanks to Aditya Tandon Sir, Rohit Negi Sir (CoderArmy) 🙌 #Java #CoreJava #Generics #Programming #LearningJourney #Developers #BuildInPublic #NewSkill

DAY 32: CORE JAVA 🔐 Understanding Types of Access Modifiers in Java Access modifiers play a crucial role in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) by controlling the visibility of classes, methods, and variables. They help in achieving encapsulation and securing data from unauthorized access. Here’s a quick breakdown of the main types of access modifiers in Java 👇 🔹 1. Public Accessible from anywhere in the program. 👉 Use when you want a method or variable to be available globally. 🔹 2. Private Accessible only within the same class. 👉 Best for protecting sensitive data and ensuring strict encapsulation. 🔹 3. Protected Accessible within the same package and also by subclasses (even in different packages). 👉 Useful when working with inheritance. 🔹 4. package access modifer Accessible only within the same package. 👉 Acts as a middle ground when you don’t want full public access. 💡 Why are Access Modifiers Important? ✔ Improve code security ✔ Help in maintaining clean architecture ✔ Support data hiding and abstraction ✔ Control how components interact with each other 📌 Pro Tip: Always choose the most restrictive access level possible to make your code more secure and maintainable. 🚀 Day 8 – Understanding Functions and Parameters in Java Today, I learned about functions (methods) in Java, which are very important for writing clean and reusable code. A function is simply a block of code that performs a specific task and can be used multiple times in a program. This helps to reduce repetition and makes the code easier to understand. I started by learning the basic syntax of a function, where we define a return type, function name, and body. Then I moved to functions with parameters, where values are passed into the function to perform operations. This made the concept more practical. Next, I learned about types of parameters: Formal Parameters: These are variables defined in the function. Actual Parameters: These are the values passed when calling the function. 👉 Understanding this difference made it clear how data flows inside a program. Overall, today’s learning helped me understand how to write better and more structured code using functions. 💪 I will keep practicing daily and improve step by step in my coding journey. #Java #Coding #DSA #Learning #Consistency
