Thousand mile journey begins with one step. And for Coders , it begins with one little program. One little concept. Here I am learning about Array. Where I Sort Elements of array in ascending order. 🔹 Created an integer array with unsorted values 🔹 Displayed the array before sorting 🔹 Used Arrays.sort() to sort the elements in ascending order 🔹 Printed the sorted array using Arrays.toString() 💡 This program helped me understand: How built-in methods can simplify complex tasks The importance of clean output formatting How sorting works internally at a basic level Before sorting ➝ Random order After sorting ➝ Organized ascending order ✅ Small steps like these are helping me build a strong foundation in Java and problem-solving. #Java #Programming #DSA #LearningJourney #CodingPractice #Arrays #SoftwareTesting

How do you solve problems where you need to try every possible combination? This is where Backtracking comes in. In this short video, I explained: - What is backtracking - How it works (try → explore → undo) - Real-world examples like N-Queens and Sudoku - Importance of pruning Backtracking is a powerful approach for solving complex constraint-based problems. Understanding arrays is not enough knowing how to operate on them is key. In this short video, I covered: - Traversal (O(n)) - Insertion (O(1) at end, O(n) in middle) - Deletion (O(1) at end, O(n) in middle) - Why shifting elements impacts performance These fundamentals help in choosing the right data structure and writing optimized code. 🚀 Today’s Learning: ArrayDeque in Java In today’s session, I explored the concept of ArrayDeque, a powerful and efficient data structure in Java. 🔹 Learned the properties of ArrayDeque such as dynamic resizing and fast insertion/deletion 🔹 Explored important methods like addFirst(), addLast(), offer(), poll(), peek(), remove() 🔹 Understood how to access elements using loops and iterators 🔹 Discovered when to use ArrayDeque for both stack (LIFO) and queue (FIFO) operations 💡 Key Insight: ArrayDeque is a better alternative to Stack and often more efficient than LinkedList for queue operations. Excited to implement these concepts in coding and real-world applications! 💻✨ TAP Academy Bibek Singh #Java #ArrayDeque #DataStructures #Coding #LearningJourney #InterviewPrep

🚀 Day 2 of My Java Learning Journey Today’s focus: Operators & Input/Output — the building blocks of logic and interaction. From performing calculations ➕➖✖️➗ to handling real-time user input ⌨️ and displaying output 🖥️, I’m starting to see how programs actually think and respond. 💡 Key takeaways: • Understanding how different operators shape decision-making • Learning how input/output connects users with code • Writing small programs that feel more “alive” Every line of code is getting me one step closer to becoming a better developer. Consistency > Motivation. Showing up every day. 🔁 #Java #LearningInPublic #100DaysOfCode #Programming #CodingJourney #Developers #TechSkills #JavaBasics #StudentDeveloper #BuildInPublic

Reversed String in Java | Easy Logic + Coding 💡 Strong fundamentals are essential to become a confident developer. This example shows how String Reversal works using simple logic: • Start with a given string • Traverse the string from last character to first • Use loop or built-in methods • Form the reversed string Practicing these types of problems improves logical thinking and strengthens coding basics. 📊 Example Input : LIVE Output : EVIL 🎥 I’ve also created a short video explaining this concept with code: YouTube link : https://lnkd.in/eKH2JJwa #Java #Programming #ProblemSolving #Coding #SoftwareDevelopment #Learning #CSE #Developers #LogicBuilding #String

🚀 Turning a simple Java problem into a learning moment! Today I worked on a small but interesting problem: 👉 Find the absolute difference between a number and its reversed form. Leetcode problem: https://lnkd.in/g3wkXSyg 🔍 What this taught me: How to reverse a number using modulus (%) and division (/) Why storing the original value matters before modifying it How Math.abs() helps ensure the result is always positive 💡 Example: If n = 123 Reversed = 321 Absolute difference = |123 - 321| = 198 Sometimes, even small coding challenges sharpen problem-solving skills and reinforce core programming concepts. #Java #Coding #ProblemSolving #DSA #Programming #SoftwareDevelopment #Developers #CodingJourney #LeetCode

Recursion vs Iteration — a common question in programming. Both approaches can solve the same problem, but they come with different trade-offs. In this short video, I covered: - Recursion (clean and elegant, but uses stack memory) - Iteration (faster and memory efficient) - Fibonacci example comparison - When to use each approach Understanding this difference helps you write efficient, optimized, and scalable code. 💻 Built a Diamond Pattern in Java using pure logic and nested loops. While practicing DSA fundamentals, I implemented this pattern by understanding how spaces and stars align in each row. This helped me strengthen my control over loops, conditions, and pattern-based problem solving. 📌 Key Learning: Breaking a complex pattern into smaller logical steps makes it much easier to implement. Consistency in solving such problems is what builds strong programming logic. #Java #DSA #Programming #CodingJourney #ProblemSolving #LogicBuilding #Developers #Learning #100DaysOfCode

Explored the fourth pillar of Object-Oriented Programming, Abstraction, and applied it by solving a set of focused problems. This helped me understand how abstraction enables hiding implementation details while exposing only the essential functionalities, leading to cleaner architecture and better separation of concerns. Practicing these problems also gave me clarity on using abstract classes and interfaces effectively in Java. Building this foundation is helping me approach problems with a more structured and design-oriented mindset rather than just focusing on implementation. Continuing to strengthen my core OOP concepts through consistent practice. #Java #OOP #Abstraction #ObjectOrientedDesign #CleanCode #SoftwareEngineering #CodingPractice #ProblemSolving #DeveloperMindset #TapAcademy
