Developers don’t write code anymore… they command it. 💻⚡ Cursor 3 turned coding into a conversation — not a chore. No endless typing. No debugging headaches. Just one clear prompt → and the entire product builds itself. This isn’t coding… this is directing intelligence. Welcome to 2026 — where your ideas don’t wait, they compile themselves. #AICoding #CursorAI #FutureOfCoding #NoCodeRevolution #BuildWithAI ai coding, cursor ai, coding in 2026, ai developers, no code tools, build apps with ai, future technology, ai programming, automate coding, developer tools

If you assume AI coding tools perform consistently across your tech stack, this might surprise you. In real-world refactoring tasks, performance varies by more than 8× depending on the programming language: - JavaScript: 31.9% success - C: 3.7% Same models. Completely different outcomes. This helps explain why some teams see substantial productivity gains, while others spend more time on reviews than ever before. The difference isn’t just how you use AI. It’s where you use it. We broke this down in our latest blog post. Read it now to see what this means for your rollout, and how you could rethink AI coding performance: https://lnkd.in/eUeXKVFi #AICoding #LLMPerformance #AISoftwareDevelopment

A guy asked me, why are you still coding in 2026? And said I code because nothing beats the natural way of building things and not only that. I code because I help people learn how to code when I code. AI is okay, but only the people who already code will make the best use of AI. I do use AI but that should not stop me from coding. Learn how to code manually today so I that you can use AI effectively tomorrow. You, do you still code in 2026? And why? Do you still code or why you stopped coding? #coding #programming #ai #vibecoding

We need to stop putting vibe coding and AI-assisted development in the same category. There is a civilisational difference between them. At its core, AI-assisted development means big preparation and depth of knowledge about what you are doing. This is completely different from vibe coding. Because in vibe coding, there is no limit to fantasy, and no real code either. In AI-assisted development, you know what you are doing. Baby steps. You do one task, check it, then move to the next. You know what you need before you ask AI for it. In vibe coding, you don't control the output from your IDE or agent, you just ask it to make something cool. So, it generates a pile of files you don't need. You can't support it, you can't change it manually, and you can't scale it.

🚀 Meet Claude Code: The Future of AI-Powered Programming The way we write code is evolving—and fast. With the launch of Claude Code by Anthropic, we’re stepping into a new era where AI doesn’t just assist developers… it thinks, adapts, and builds alongside them. 💡 What makes Claude Code stand out? 🔹 Deep Context Understanding Handles massive codebases with a large context window—no more losing track of logic across files. 🔹 Smart Debugging Identifies and fixes issues faster, helping developers focus on innovation instead of errors. 🔹 Multi-language Support From Python to JavaScript and beyond—build across stacks seamlessly. 🔹 Developer-Centric Integrations Works smoothly with tools like GitHub, VS Code, and modern dev environments. 🔹 Customizable Coding Experience Adapts to your style, preferences, and project requirements. 🔥 Why this matters? We are moving from writing code manually → collaborating with AI systems that understand context, intent, and architecture. This isn’t just productivity. This is a paradigm shift in software development. 👨💻 Whether you’re a student, developer, or AI enthusiast—tools like Claude Code are redefining how we build the future. 👉 The question is: Are you ready to code with AI, not just use it? #ClaudeCode #AI #Programming #SoftwareDevelopment #ArtificialIntelligence #Coding #Developers #Innovation #FutureOfWork

Day 555 of Learning – Spec-Driven Development vs Prompt-Based Coding 🧠💻 Explored the difference between Spec-Driven Development and Prompt-Based Coding in modern AI-assisted software development. Prompt-based coding focuses on generating code directly from natural language instructions, making it fast for prototyping and quick tasks. However, it often lacks structure, consistency, and maintainability for large-scale projects. Spec-driven development takes a more structured approach by first converting requirements into specifications, architecture plans, and implementation steps before generating code. This makes the development process more organized, scalable, and suitable for production-grade software systems. As AI coding tools evolve, the industry is shifting from simple code generation toward intent-aware, architecture-driven development workflows, where AI assists not just in writing code but in understanding and planning the full software lifecycle. #AICoding #SpecDrivenDevelopment #PromptEngineering #SoftwareDevelopment #AgenticAI #DeveloperTools #LearningJourney #Day555

AI is winning in software engineering because the rules are clear: code either works or it doesn't. But in the "open world" of business, success isn't always binary. This article in The New Stack explores how the lessons learned from using AI in programming can be the blueprint to building more versatile AI systems to tackle complex, real-world problems:

Unpopular opinion 👇 “Vibe coding won’t make you a great developer.” AI can write code. But it can’t think for you. If you skip fundamentals: You’ll build fast… But break faster. Real power = 🧠 Logic + 🤖 AI Agree or disagree?

A lot of people tried AI coding tools and thought software engineering had become easy. And to be fair, from the outside it can look that way. You describe what you want. The code appears. The app runs. But people mistake the ability to generate code for the ability to engineer software. AI made code easier to produce. But it didn’t remove the hard part: understanding the system. The real skill is knowing what should exist, why it should exist, and what breaks when it fails. AI can give us speed. But speed without understanding is just debt. Typing was never the job. Thinking was. It still is. And no model ships that for you.

Vibe coding is fast – but how often does the result actually match what you had in mind? We partnered with DeepLearning.AI on a free new course, Spec-Driven Development With Coding Agents, taught by Paul Everitt from JetBrains. In just one hour, you'll learn how to write clear specifications that give your coding agent the context it needs to build intentional, maintainable software – not just code that works once.
