What if every AI app you built didn't have to reinvent agent coordination from scratch? That question led me to build the coordination layer first. It's a plug-and-play AI orchestration system with a factory at its core. It picks the right framework for the problem — currently LangGraph and AutoGen, with more specialised frameworks being integrated — spawns the right agents, runs them, and tears them down. For workflow problems: agents get wired into a graph and executed. For reasoning problems: agents debate across multiple rounds until a conclusion is reached. MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers are supported out of the box — giving agents access to external tools and context beyond what the model alone can do. The roadmap includes dynamic MCP configuration via API, so apps can define their own server needs at runtime. A FastAPI backend exposes it all as APIs — input parameters control whether you get just the output or the full agent communication trace. This is the foundation. Everything I build next plugs into this as its AI backbone. GitHub 👇 https://lnkd.in/gxNwtpPG --- Shoutout to Ed Donner — his courses were instrumental in shaping how I approached this. And credit to the Claude VS Code extension for coding assistance throughout — a tool that genuinely made the process faster without compromising on quality. #AI #AgentOrchestration #MCP #ModelContextProtocol #BuildInPublic #LangGraph #AutoGen #FastAPI #SoftwareEngineering

Creating your own agents with just a prompt AND adding them into different groups as collaborators is surprisingly powerful. These are some of the simple utility agents (which take literally ~30 seconds to set up on Teamily) that I personally depend on daily: Group Conversation Summarizer: I’m in countless groups. I have an agent that summarizes activity across them, categorizes discussions by priorities/actions, and even drafts an initial response plan. Research Arxiver: One of my favorites. It scans newly indexed papers relevant to my interests every day, summarizes each in under three sentences, then asks me which ones to archive into its evolving knowledge base and which to discard. It has become a lightweight research memory + discovery loop. My AI Twin: I’ve started adding it into groups I’m part of so it can learn alongside me and answer questions from my knowledge base. It’s remarkable how quickly these agents evolve toward your style and judgment. 🙂 Message / Email Agent: That final step of asking an agent to turn group conclusions into an email, reply, or post and send it, saves me a nontrivial amount of time. Daily Planner: Connected to my groups and email, it picks up what I’ve committed to (😬), organizes it, and nudges me daily. Travel Buddy: I add it into trip-specific group chats. It helps pick restaurants and meeting spots, collects feedback from different friends, and over time has become surprisingly good at remembering everyone’s tastes and shared history. Having it inside the group is what makes it work. The deeper realization: it’s not just about creating agents … it’s that these agents can join group conversations, participate, learn, and evolve with the group. That’s what starts making them genuinely useful. We’ve so much social context/information that without them agents are useless!

kai is an open-source semantic code-change infrastructure that shifts code review from line-based diffs to functional understanding. Its kai diff surfaces meaningful changes like added functions, modified conditions, or API alterations, so reviewers grasp impact faster. Reviews attach to symbols rather than line numbers, making feedback more durable. The tool also supports AI agent verification to validate edits before execution and runs alongside Git without requiring team-wide adoption. Note: a referenced kai intent command isn’t in the official docs. #CodeReview #OpenSource

GLM-5V-Turbo Review 2026: Z ai Vision Coding Model That Turns Designs Into Running Apps Is the "See-Saw Effect" in multimodal AI finally over? 🧠💻 Most AI models struggle to balance visual recognition with complex coding logic. Z.ai’s new GLM-5V-Turbo aims to solve this with Native Multimodal Fusion and MTP architecture. As a dev, the most impressive part isn't just the 94.8 Design2Code score—it’s the deep integration with OpenClaw and Claude Code. I’ve analyzed the architecture, pricing, and real-world use cases in my latest review. If you're building AI agents, this is a must-read. Claude Code just ranked 39th in terminal shell accuracy on a public benchmark. This isn't a criticism. It's a signal. The teams winning with AI development aren't betting on a single model performing perfectly. They're building systems where the model is a swappable component. That's exactly what Alpha Loop does. One CLI. Any AI coding agent. GitHub as the persistent layer. Harness abstraction built in. The model is config. The workflow is infrastructure. This is the Answer Agent approach applied to dev tooling: you own the system, not just the subscription. Open source. MIT license. No lock-in. npx bradtaylorsf/alpha-loop We just dropped a full video on this. Link in the first comment 👇 #OpenSourceAI #AIStrategy #EnterpriseTech #AnswerAgent
