Closures in JavaScript felt confusing, until they didn’t 👇 At first, it’s hard to understand how a function can “remember” variables even after execution. But that’s exactly what closures do. A closure is created when a function retains access to its lexical scope, even after the outer function has finished executing. Even though `outer()` has finished execution, the inner function still has access to `count`. That’s the power of closures.
