🚀 Day 4/30 – Automated PDF Generator using Python 🐍📄 Day 4 of my 30 Days Python Challenge, and today I built something super useful + practical 💡 I created an Automated PDF Generator using Python, where data from a CSV file is dynamically converted into a structured multi-page PDF 📊➡️📄 This project can be used for creating notes, reports, or structured documents automatically — saving tons of manual effort 💻✨ What I focused on today: ✨ Working with CSV data using Pandas ✨ Generating PDFs programmatically using FPDF ✨ Adding headers, footers, and page formatting ✨ Automating multi-page document creation This challenge is helping me build real-world, automation-based projects and improving my problem-solving skills every day 🚀 👉 Would love your feedback! 👉 Where do you think this PDF automation can be used? 🚨 Most developers use Python lists when they should be using NumPy arrays. I made the same mistake in my project. I was handling large data using lists everywhere. Everything worked… but performance was slow 🐢 Then I switched to NumPy. Built a PDF Text Validator using Python. It checks whether a specific text is present across multiple PDF files in a folder and generates a validation report. How it works: → Select a folder containing PDF files → Enter the required text to search for → Click Run Validation → Each PDF is scanned and marked as Pass or Fail → A CSV report is generated with file name, status, and remarks Features: → Tkinter GUI with folder browser and text input field → Case-sensitive and case-insensitive search options → Subfolder scanning support → Color-coded results table (green for Pass, red for Fail) → Summary showing total files checked, passed count, and failed count → One-click CSV export Built entirely with Python standard library.
