What if you could know how your code will perform… before you run it? Change the goal. Watch the system adapt. Same code. Different outcome. #AI #Software #Programming #Optimization https://lnkd.in/eD2RqjxR

Performance is not an option; it is a must. People don't wait. They go. A few simple changes can make a big difference: → Memoization → Code splitting → Caching → Lazy loading Little changes can make a big difference. AI can help you make code run better, but the real skill is knowing what to change. #Performance #WebDevelopment #React #Programming #MERN #PERN

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: He said: AI will be a tool, and it will make people more productive. Vibe coding is great for getting into programming. I think it's going to be a horrible thing to maintain. So, I don't think programmers will go away. You still need people who know how to maintain the end result. #vibecoding #linustorvalds #programmers

The world of programming is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by advancements in AI. Tools like GitHub Copilot and sophisticated Large Language Models (LLMs) are not just assisting developers; they are fundamentally reshaping how we write, debug, and conceptualize code. This evolution presents both unprecedented opportunities and critical considerations for the future of software development. Embracing these AI-powered tools thoughtfully will be key to staying relevant and innovative. #Programming #AIinTech #SoftwareDevelopment #Copilot #LLMs #FutureofCode #davethomas #vijayanswaminathan

Cursor's code review agent just got smarter. It now learns from PR activity in real time. The result: 78% of issues found are resolved by the time the PR is merged. How it works: → Reviews your code automatically → Learns from feedback on PRs → Self-improves with every review → Catches issues before merge Why it matters: Fewer bugs in production. Faster PR cycles. Less back-and-forth. Learn more: cursor.com/code-review Cursor #Cursor #CodeReview #AI #SoftwareDevelopment #DevTools #Programming #Engineering

Writing code faster doesn’t mean you understand it. That’s why things break the moment you need to change something. Speed feels like progress… until you have to explain what your code is actually doing. Understanding is slower. But it’s what actually scales. We’re at a point where understanding matters more than ever. AI can help you move faster. But it won’t replace the need to actually know what’s going on. That part is still on you. Don’t skip the fundamentals. That’s where everything compounds. #SoftwareEngineering #Programming #LearningToCode #TechCareers

Coding isn’t dying—it’s leveling up. AI can write code, but real value now lies in problem-solving, system thinking, and decision-making. The developers who adapt won’t be replaced—they’ll be amplified. #development #coding #programming

People treat AI coding tools like a replacement for thinking, and then wonder why the output is garbage. The devs getting the most out of Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity etc. are the ones who already know what they want and are just offloading the boring parts. If you don't understand the code it generates, that's not a feature. That's a bug waiting to happen in prod. #AITools #SoftwareEngineering #Copilot #Cursor #Antigravity #DevLife #Programming

Sunday banter: For those that keep making statements like: - Writing code was never the hard part - Writing code was never the bottleneck Are you telling us that if you're given a Leetcode medium or hard you'll solve it easily? 👀 #AI #programming

3 months ago I was shipping AI code without reading it. My PRs were getting approved faster than ever. Then one line I didn't write, didn't test, and didn't understand — took down a production endpoint for 4 hours. Nobody caught it in review. Nobody caught it in staging. We all trusted the output because it looked right. Here are 8 things I wish someone had told me before I made that mistake 👇 (Swipe the carousel — one rule per slide, nothing extra) Which one have you been skipping? Drop your number in the comments. Curious if it's the same one for most devs. ♻️ Save this for the next time you're about to ship without reading. #SoftwareDevelopment #AITools #Programming #DevLife #WebDevelopment #CleanCode #100DaysOfCode #TechCareer
