Why this is a problem: ❌ Difficult to maintain across environments ❌ Hard to reuse charts Better approach: ✔ Use values.yaml to manage configuration for dev / staging / production 🔹 2️⃣ Not Using Helm Upgrade Properly Some teams reinstall charts instead of using: helm upgrade Why this matters: ❌ Can cause downtime ❌ Harder to track release history Better approach: ✔ Use helm upgrade --install for safer deployments. 🔹 3️⃣ Ignoring Helm Rollback Capability Helm provides a powerful rollback feature, but many teams don’t use it.
