$1,000,000 in orders. $25/month in AWS costs. Most people think scaling a SaaS requires burning VC cash on infrastructure. At Technodweep, we proved them wrong. Over the last 6 years, my team (me + 2 developers) built a multi-tenant platform that defies the "cloud tax." We didn’t just build for today; we built for massive growth without the massive bill. The Current Reality: Revenue: $1M+ in orders processed. Transactions: $150k via Square. Current Scale: 50 active tenants serving thousands of clients. The Bill: Under $25/month on AWS.
