Imo a true fullstack dev doesn't limit themselves to any one specific language or framework and can easily skim through any codebase and become proficient with it ina short period of time. A great fullstack dev considers all the tradeoffs of a particular stack rather than just use whatever shit is being hyped up in the circles they find themselves in.
