🚀 Excited to share my latest Data Science project: Building a Customer Churn Prediction Model! In this end-to-end project, I tackled a classic business problem—predicting which customers are likely to leave a service. Here's a snapshot of the process: • Data Wrangling & EDA: Cleaned the dataset, handled missing values, and performed exploratory analysis to uncover key churn drivers. • Feature Engineering: Encoded categorical variables and scaled numerical features to prepare the data for modeling. • Model Development & Evaluation: Trained and compared multiple classifiers (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, etc.), with Logistic Regression achieving the best performance. • Deployment-Ready: Serialized the final model pipeline for future inference, ensuring the solution is production-ready. This project was an excellent exercise in building a robust ML workflow from start to finish. 🔗 Check out the code on GitHub: https://lnkd.in/eWwcBEAV #MachineLearning #DataAnalytics #ChurnPrediction #Python #ScikitLearn #ModelDeployment #DataScience

Ever felt lost in a jungle of nested if-else statements? 🌪️ Picture this: you're leading a project relying on intricate business logic. Instead of facepalming at an endless maze of "ifs," you discover there’s a simpler, clearer way to handle rules using a rules engine. But, how do you build one from scratch? By starting with something we all learned in school—truth tables. While they might seem daunting due to their exponential growth in size, what if I told you they're often just sparse matrices hidden under the surface? Transforming these tables into a compact representation opens the door to creating a lightweight rules engine that can help streamline complex logic without the headaches. With the right techniques, you can easily manipulate these sparse representations for efficient inference, avoiding that overwhelming table dilemma. Imagine your Python code robustly handling business logic while being elegant and efficient! ✅ Build a more intuitive logic engine with state vectors. 🧩 Use the vector-logic library to simplify complex logical expressions. 🔧 Master set operations to make your data manipulations seamless. What if we could approach complex logic like a simple algebra problem? 🤔 What’s the most convoluted piece of logic you’ve had to untangle in your projects? #DataScience #Python #RulesEngine #Logic #DataAnalysis #PythonProgramming #AI #MachineLearning

I'm excited to share my latest data science project: Handwritten Digit Classification using the classic MNIST dataset! This was a fantastic foundational project in image classification. My goal was to build and compare several machine learning models to see which one could most accurately identify the digits (0-9). Here's a quick overview of the process: 🔹 Exploration & Preprocessing: Loaded the 70,000 images, visualized the data, and scaled all 784 pixel-features using StandardScaler. 🔹 Model Comparison: Trained and evaluated three different models: Logistic Regression (as a baseline), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and a Random Forest Classifier. 🔹 Results: The Random Forest Classifier was the top performer, achieving ~97% accuracy on the 10,000-image test set! The most interesting part was diving deeper than just accuracy. By analyzing the confusion matrix and the specific images the model got wrong, I could see exactly where its weaknesses were (like confusing a '4' with a '9' or a '3' with an '8'). This project was a great hands-on experience with: ✅ Feature Scaling ✅ Model Evaluation (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, Confusion Matrices) ✅ Error Analysis ✅ Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Matplotlib You can find the full Python script, my analysis, and all the output plots on my GitHub. https://lnkd.in/dVzHpzq2 I'd love to hear your feedback! #DataScience #MachineLearning #Python #ScikitLearn #MNIST #Portfolio #DataAnalysis #Classification #Developer

All our work so far has been on a single piece of data. This is a bottleneck. Today, we scale. #ZeroToFullStackAI Day 8/135: The First Data Structure (The List). We've established our foundation (Primitives, Logic, Error Handling) on singular variables. To build real applications, we must work with collections of data—thousands of prices, millions of user IDs, or a sequence of sensor readings. Today, we build our first and most fundamental data structure: the Python List. A List is not just a container; it has three specific properties: It's a Collection: It holds multiple items in a single variable. It's Ordered: Every item has a specific position (index), which means we can access any item by its number. It's Mutable: It is "changeable." We can add, remove, and modify items after the list has been created. This is the shift from price to prices. We've built our data container. But a container is useless without an engine to process what's inside. Tomorrow, we build that engine: The for Loop. #Python #DataScience #SoftwareEngineering #AI #Developer #DataStructures
