Nice post! You’ve gathered a solid amount of information to build this chart. That said, I think AI is something we can’t overlook anymore—even when we’re only discussing the tools required to become a full-stack developer. I recently went through an interview process where the company had a dedicated AI round to evaluate how candidates use AI tools during development and whether they can effectively code with their help. AI tools have clearly become a core part of modern full-stack development, and being comfortable with them is increasingly essential today.

Great roadmap! I'd add one crucial "meta-skill" for 2026: System Design & Architecture. Knowing how to connect all these pieces (cloud, containers, APIs) into a scalable, reliable system is what separates a developer from an engineer.
