I have a few friends in the Bay Area from my time at #Cisco that have been impacted recently by layoffs. Tons of experience in #microservices, #java, #apis, #architecture and also #management. This goes back almost 10 years ago. This team owned 1B req/day services on the core path of WebEx which back in the day was one of the largest SaaS (as crazy as it sounds) in the world on a time where K8s was non-existent (Nomad based platform if you are wondering. Move to K8s came much later). Time talked and today WebEx is a shade of what it was. But no one can take out that experience from these people. Senior hard working folks.
