There are some moments in our journey that unexpectedly feel a lot like coming home wrapped up in the start of a new era, and it feels so good! Familiar, yet new and exciting. Inclusive, and grounded. Curious, and full of possibility. That's why I’m so excited to share that I’ve joined Microsoft Elevate as the new lead for Partner Marketing. I began my career in partner marketing at Microsoft, learned the craft of building ecosystems that amplify impact, and have since spent years serving mission‑driven organizations across nonprofit and education. Work that deepened my belief that partnerships, when designed with people and action at the center, change what’s possible. My “why” has always been personal. Growing up in an under‑resourced community, I saw how opportunity can hinge on inspiration and access—access to education, mentors, and the tools to turn potential into progress. That’s why Elevate’s charge resonates so deeply with me: put people first and help nonprofits, K12 schools, and community colleges build the skills and capacity to thrive. In my new role I’ll have the privilege of leading an incredible team dedicated to engaging with our partners across nonprofit, K12, and community colleges, from integration into our key plays and campaigns, to recruiting, enabling, and driving action to foster the most innovative ecosystem serving mission-driven organizations. I’m so grateful for the warm welcome across the team and inspired by the leadership recommitting to this mission. There’s real momentum, and even greater opportunity ahead, to widen the circle of opportunity together. I'll be seeing a lot more of SeaTac airport, Redmond, and Bellevue in the coming months, which also literally feels like coming home, and I couldn't be happier to be getting so much facetime with my new teammates and partners right out of the gate. Here’s to partnerships that lift people, communities, and possibility. #MicrosoftElevate #NonprofitTech #EdTech #HumanCentered
