🚀 Today’s Java Session Highlights Explored the fundamentals of Inheritance in Object-Oriented Programming and how it helps build reusable and structured code. Learners understood how a child class can inherit properties and behaviors from a parent class using practical, real-time examples. We also discussed the advantages of inheritance, key terminologies such as superclass, subclass, base class, and derived class, and how relationships between classes can be visually represented using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. A great step toward mastering Object-Oriented Programming concepts in Java and writing more scalable and maintainable applications. 💻✨ TAP Academy Bibek Singh #Java #OOP #Inheritance #UML #Programming #SoftwareDevelopment #LearningJourney

🚀 Day 5/45 – Mastering Loops in Java On Day 5 of my Java learning journey, I explored one of the most important concepts in programming — Loops. Loops allow us to execute a block of code multiple times, which is essential for solving real-world problems efficiently. 📚 What I Learned Today Today I learned about: ✔ for loop for controlled iterations ✔ while loop for condition-based execution ✔ do-while loop which executes at least once These concepts helped me understand how repetition works in programming. 💻 Practice Work To apply my learning, I implemented: • Printing numbers from 1 to 10 • Calculating the sum of first 10 numbers • Generating multiplication tables • Creating star patterns using nested loops 🎯 Key Takeaway Loops are extremely powerful and help reduce repetitive code. Understanding loops is essential for solving complex problems and building efficient programs. Daily practice is helping me improve my logical thinking. #Java #Programming #LearningInPublic #CodingJourney #SoftwareDevelopment #Consistency

🚀 Day 4 of Java Training – Exploring Advanced OOP Concepts Day 4 of the Java training program conducted by our college, and the session focused on the practical implementation of key Object-Oriented Programming concepts. We worked on the implementation of Interfaces, understanding how they help achieve abstraction and support multiple inheritance in Java. It was interesting to see how interfaces can be used in real coding scenarios. We also learned about Polymorphism, including both Method Overloading and Method Overriding, and understood how these concepts allow methods to behave differently based on parameters or inheritance. In addition, the session covered Abstract Classes and Abstract Methods, giving us clarity on how abstraction is implemented in Java and how it helps design flexible and maintainable code. This hands-on session helped strengthen my understanding of core OOP principles in Java, and I’m looking forward to learning more in the upcoming training sessions. #Java #OOP #Programming #LearningJourney #SoftwareDevelopment #JavaDeveloper

🚀 Day 17/45 – Learning Interfaces in Java On Day 17 of my Java learning journey, I explored the concept of Interfaces, which is an important part of Object-Oriented Programming. Interfaces help in achieving full abstraction and allow multiple inheritance in Java. 📚 What I Learned Today Today I learned: ✔ What interfaces are and how they work ✔ Difference between interface and abstract class ✔ How to implement interfaces using implements keyword ✔ Multiple inheritance using interfaces 💻 Practice Work To apply my learning, I implemented: • A basic interface example using shape • A multiple interface example demonstrating multiple inheritance 🎯 Key Takeaway Interfaces are powerful because they provide a way to achieve abstraction and flexibility in design. They help in building scalable and loosely coupled applications. Understanding these advanced concepts step by step is making my programming journey more exciting. #Java #Programming #LearningInPublic #CodingJourney #SoftwareDevelopment #OOP

Understanding Constructors in Java – A Key OOP Concept As part of strengthening my Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals, I explored the concept of Constructors in Java and created this infographic to simplify the topic. 🔹 What is a Constructor? A constructor is a special method in Java used to initialize objects when they are created. It has the same name as the class and does not have a return type. 🔹 Types of Constructors Covered • Default Constructor • Parameterized Constructor • Copy Constructor (conceptual understanding) 🔹 Key Takeaways ✔ Constructors are called automatically when an object is created ✔ They help initialize object data efficiently ✔ Parameterized constructors allow dynamic initialization ✔ Understanding constructors improves object-oriented program design I also included a comparison between constructors and methods to highlight their differences clearly. Creating learning visuals like this helps me strengthen my understanding while sharing knowledge with others in the developer community. #Java #OOP #Constructors #Programming #SoftwareDevelopment #LearningJourney #JavaDeveloper #Coding #TapAcademy TAP Academy

Exploring Polymorphism in Java As part of my continuous learning in Object-Oriented Programming, I worked on implementing Polymorphism using Java. Polymorphism, which means “many forms,” allows the same method to behave differently based on the object that calls it. This concept plays a key role in writing flexible, scalable, and maintainable code. 🔹 What I practiced: • Method Overriding • Runtime Polymorphism • Using parent class references for child objects • Writing cleaner and reusable code Example Insight: A single reference (like Employee) can point to different objects such as Manager or Programmer, and each object executes its own version of the method. This makes programs more dynamic and efficient. Key takeaway: Polymorphism helps reduce code complexity and improves extensibility — an essential concept for building real-world applications. Excited to keep learning and applying these concepts in future projects! #Java #OOP #Polymorphism #Programming #LearningJourney #SoftwareDevelopment #Coding

🚀 Exploring Deeper into Java OOP Concepts Today’s session was all about understanding some important concepts that shape strong object-oriented design: 🔹 Variable Hiding vs Method Hiding 🔹 Aggregation vs Composition 🔹 Real-world relationships using “Has-A” concept 💡 Learning how objects interact and depend on each other gives a whole new perspective on writing efficient and scalable code. Every concept brings me one step closer to mastering Java and building better applications 💻 TAP Academy Bibek Singh #Java #OOP #Aggregation #Composition #MethodHiding #VariableHiding #Programming #LearningJourney #Coding

🚀 Day 14/45 – Understanding Inheritance in Java On Day 14 of my Java learning journey, I explored the concept of Inheritance, one of the core pillars of Object-Oriented Programming. Inheritance allows one class to acquire the properties and behaviors of another class, promoting code reuse and better program structure. 📚 What I Learned Today Today I learned: ✔ What inheritance is and how it works ✔ Parent (base) class and child (derived) class ✔ Using the extends keyword in Java ✔ Types of inheritance such as single and multilevel 💻 Practice Work To apply my learning, I implemented: • A basic inheritance example using person and student classes • An employee-manager example to demonstrate inherited properties 🎯 Key Takeaway Inheritance helps reduce code duplication and makes programs more organized and scalable. It is a powerful feature that plays a key role in building real-world applications.Understanding OOP concepts step by step is making programming more structured and logical. #Java #Programming #LearningInPublic #CodingJourney #SoftwareDevelopment #OOP

🚀 Day 16/45 – Understanding Abstraction in Java On Day 16 of my Java learning journey, I explored Abstraction, one of the core principles of Object-Oriented Programming. Abstraction focuses on hiding implementation details and showing only the essential functionality to the user. 📚 What I Learned Today Today I learned: ✔ What abstraction is and why it is important ✔ How to use abstract classes in Java ✔ Understanding abstract methods (methods without body) ✔ How abstraction works with inheritance 💻 Practice Work To apply my learning, I implemented: • An animal example using abstract class • A shape example demonstrating abstraction 🎯 Key Takeaway Abstraction helps simplify complex systems by hiding unnecessary details and focusing on what is important. It plays a key role in building clean and scalable applications. Step by step, I am gaining a deeper understanding of OOP concepts. #Java #Programming #LearningInPublic #CodingJourney #SoftwareDevelopment #OOP
