MARK SUTHERLAND’s Post

RUN THE I-PRESS. FROM YOUR BROWSER. RIGHT NOW.   Most press buyers never touch the control platform until after the sales call. We think that is backwards. Sutherland Presses has made the I-PRESS control platform available for live, hands-on evaluation through a browser-based simulator. No download. No demo scheduling. No sales gating. What you can do: - Operate the full I-PRESS interface exactly as it runs in the field - Adjust tonnage, speed, dwell, and position in real time - Monitor diagnostics, predictive alerts, and fault display - Experience the same menu hierarchy and screen flow shipping on every Sutherland press Most press manufacturers run off-the-shelf controls from Allen Bradley, Siemens, or OMRON. I-PRESS is proprietary, engineered in-house by Sutherland, for Sutherland presses. From Bowe O'Ryan, Director of Business Development: "The biggest difference in the field has been the interface's user-friendliness. I've seen operators get comfortable in significantly less time than our scheduled training days. The intuitive layout makes adoption priceless." Training time down. Operator confidence up. Lower adoption cost. 80 years of press engineering. One proprietary control platform. Available from any browser. Giving users direct access to the control platform before a purchase changes the way decisions are made. Being able to interact with the system in real time helps teams understand how it will actually perform in production, not just how it looks in a presentation. Having the ability to explore diagnostics, alerts, and real-time adjustments in a simulator provides real value. It allows teams to understand how the system behaves under different conditions and be better prepared once it is running in production. Francisco Simg Sales & Service ManagerSutherland Presses

Allowing engineers and operators to test the interface upfront removes a lot of uncertainty. It gives a clearer view of usability, responsiveness, and how intuitive the system really is before it ever reaches the floor. Jack Sutherland President & CRO Sutherland Presses
