⚡Debouncing in JavaScript? Debouncing is a programming technique used to limit how often a function is executed. - It ensures that a function runs only after a certain period of time has passed since the last time it was called. - Debouncing delays the execution of a function until after a specified delay has passed without the function being called again 💡 Example Use Cases: 1. Search bar suggestions — waiting for the user to stop typing before sending an API request. 2. Window resize event — executing a layout calculation only after the user finishes resizing. 3. Button click — preventing multiple rapid clicks from triggering multiple actions. #JavaScript #LearnJavaScript #JavaScriptTips #ES6 #Debouncing #ReactJS #NextJS #VirtualDOM #SinglePageApplication #FrontendDevelopment

#️⃣ TypeScript / React.js Tip It’s always a good practice to cancel API calls during cleanup (before the next render and when the component unmounts) to solve memory leak issues and race conditions. We can achieve this by using the built-in web API named "AbortController." We just need to pass a signal and then, in the cleanup function (the return function of `useEffect`), we can abort/cancel the API call. This is particularly relevant for those who manually call APIs without using libraries like React Query, RTK Query, or SWR. These packages handle this case out of the box, but it's beneficial to understand why we may need API cancellation and the reasoning behind it. #reactjs #typescript #webdevelopment #frontend #reacthooks #cleanCode #bestPractices #javascript #softwareengineering #reacttips #developers #programming

JavaScript vs Node.js — What’s the Difference? Many beginners get confused between JavaScript and Node.js — but they’re not the same! ✅ JavaScript is a programming language used mainly for building interactive web pages and handling the client-side logic in browsers. ⚙️ Node.js, on the other hand, is a runtime environment that allows JavaScript to run outside the browser — commonly used for server-side development. 👉 In short: JavaScript = the language Node.js = where JavaScript runs outside the browser Both are powerful together — they make full-stack JavaScript development possible! 🚀 #JavaScript #NodeJS #WebDevelopment #Coding #Developers #Programming #FullStackDevelopment #TechLearning
