Most Java developers prepare for interviews. Very few prepare for evaluation. After 800+ interviews, one pattern is crystal clear: Knowledge gets you shortlisted. Clarity gets you selected. Panels don’t care how many courses you bought. They care about: ✅ How you structure your answers ✅ How you justify technical decisions ✅ How you explain trade-offs ✅ How you handle pressure You can know everything about Java. But if your thinking sounds scattered — you’re out. Stop preparing like a student. Start preparing like a problem-solver. That mindset shift separates selected candidates from average ones. 👇 Comment "JAVA" if you want to prepare like an interviewer. #Java #JavaInterview #SpringBoot #InterviewPreparation #SoftwareEngineering #ProductBasedCompany #CareerGrowth #Note - Team post | On behalf of the author & mentor — Amitesh Kumar Ray

One of the biggest myths in interview preparation is this: “If I solve enough problems, interviews will become easy.” I’ve met developers who solved 200+ problems. Still failing interviews. Because solving problems and explaining thinking under pressure are two different skills. Interviewers observe: • how you analyze the problem • how you evaluate approaches • how you communicate trade-offs Coding ability matters. But structured thinking matters even more. If you're a backend developer preparing for your next switch, comment READY and I’ll share the Next Offer Masterclass details.

The #1 thing I see engineers forget in interviews isn't technical. It's this: **Say what you're thinking.** I've watched candidates solve problems correctly — in their heads — while the interviewer assumes they're stuck. Silence feels like a struggle. This week, a couple of my CodePath students nailed this in our mock interviews. They talked through their thinking out loud — even when unsure — and flew through problems that would've tripped them up a month ago. The difference wasn't more LeetCode. It was more clarity. Even if you're unsure, say: → "I'm considering two approaches..." → "Let me think through the edge cases..." → "I'm not 100% sure, but here's my instinct..." The interviewer isn't grading your inner monologue. They're grading what comes out of your mouth. Technical skills get you in the room. Communication keeps you there.

🚀 C# Interview Series #4 Difference between const and readonly in C#? This question appears in many .NET interviews. --- 🔹 const Value must be known at compile time Example: const double PI = 3.14; Cannot change anywhere. --- 🔹 readonly Value can be assigned at runtime, usually in constructor. Example: readonly int userId; public MyClass(int id) { userId = id; } --- 💡 Interview Tip const → compile time constant readonly → runtime constant #dotnetdeveloper #csharp #codinginterview
