Most project managers write the plan, then hand it to the team. Daniel Stanton, DBA says that's usually where things start to go wrong. 🤨 People won't fully read, digest, or own a plan they had no part in building. The better move is to show up as a coach and facilitator. Let the team define the work, then capture their thinking in the plan. 📝 Once the project is underway, that plan becomes how you track what's been done and estimate what's left. But it only works if the whole team actually shares the same understanding of it. Get them involved early and keep them involved as things change. 🤝 Check out the course here: https://lnkd.in/dj2FkeT3 #ProjectManagement
