The energy at Atlas SkillTech University is absolutely electric right now! ⚡️ I’m currently on the ground for PromptWars, and let me tell you—this isn’t your typical "stare at a compiler error for six hours" kind of hackathon. Google and Hack2Skill have curated a total vibe coding atmosphere that’s shifting how I think about building. We are deep in the trenches using Google Antigravity, and the speed of development is honestly a bit mind-blowing. It’s less about manual syntax and more about the flow, the intent, and the prompt. 📍 The Mid-Day Pulse: The Tooling: Exploring the limits of Antigravity—it feels like coding with the handbrake off. The Venue: Atlas SkillTech Uni is buzzing. You can practically hear the GPUs humming and the ideas sparked in every corner. The Mission: Turning "what if" into a functional reality before the sun goes down. It’s a one-day sprint, the caffeine is kicking in, and the builds are getting ambitious. Back to the terminal for now—there’s a leaderboard with my name on it! 🚀 Are you team "Clean Code" or team "Vibe Coding"? Let’s settle it in the comments. 👇 #GooglePromptWars #Antigravity #VibeCoding #GoogleCloud #Hack2Skill #SoftwareEngineering #AtlasSkillTech #BuildWithAI Google for Developers Hack2skill

I am pleased to share my participation in AgentCamp – Global AI AgentCamp and the GitHub Copilot Dev Days Event – Morocco 2026, organized by the Morocco Microsoft Community. This event provided a valuable opportunity to explore the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, particularly AI agents, modern software development ecosystems, and how AI-powered tools are reshaping engineering workflows. A key highlight was the deep dive into the capabilities of GitHub Copilot, and how it is transforming the developer experience by accelerating coding, improving productivity, and supporting intelligent software design. The sessions also introduced emerging concepts such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), which represents an important step toward standardizing how AI models, tools, and agents interact within complex systems. This opens the door to more scalable, interoperable, and context-aware AI-driven applications. During this experience, I had the opportunity to: Explore AI agent architectures and their real-world applications Understand the impact of GitHub Copilot on modern software development Gain insights into emerging AI interoperability standards such as MCP Engage with experts and professionals in the AI and software engineering field Strengthen my understanding of the ongoing shift toward AI-native development I would like to thank the organizers for the quality of the sessions and the richness of the discussions. This experience further reinforces my interest in Artificial Intelligence, intelligent systems, and the future of AI-assisted software engineering. #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #GitHubCopilot #MCP #AgenticAI #SoftwareEngineering #Innovation #MicrosoftCommunity #MoroccoTech

AI engineering is evolving fast, and so is the developer role. At AI Engineer Europe (8–10 Apr in London), Microsoft and GitHub are sharing hands-on sessions on how teams are building, testing, and running AI systems today. Expect real demos, real tools, and practical patterns you can apply straight away. Also check out GitHub Social Club on 7 Apr, a side event bringing developers, engineers and platform teams together to connect, share ideas and kick off the week ahead of the conference with an informal evening vibe. https://lnkd.in/gFmMYDFb #AIEngineering #AIDevelopers #GitHub #Microsoft #VSCode #AgenticAI #DeveloperExperience

As engineers, we've been hearing about the death of engineering since GitHub Copilot came out in 2022. And yet, we’re still here. Now that the conversation has shifted to SaaS, it's interesting to see the same pattern play out. The engineers who adapted in the beginning stages of the AI boom didn't survive by fighting AI. They survived by moving from writing code to directing, validating, and orchestrating what AI produces. And that shift requires something most companies aren't building yet: systems with real autonomy, not simply automation. Our CEO wrote about what that looks like across the entire stack. Definitely check it out if you have time: https://lnkd.in/g42z22rx

Khushi Sidana and I won the Grand Prize at the GitLab AI Hackathon out of 6,995 developers. We built LORE: Living Organizational Record Engine. The problem we wanted to solve: Engineering decisions get lost in PR threads, in review comments, in people's heads. Over time, teams repeat the same mistakes. LORE makes those decisions persistent and actionable: • Surfaces relevant past decisions before you write a line of code • Flags conflicts during code review • Verifies that implementation matches what was promised • Lets you query system-level decisions in plain language Under the hood: 8 agents with a routing layer, semantic reasoning over past decisions, and 43 tests. April Guo (郭芳竹)from Anthropic called it "a product, not a hackathon project." The thing I keep thinking about: AI that answers questions is easy. AI that works inside real workflows is hard. That's what we tried to build. Thanks Nick Veenhof and Bill Staples for organizing, and to GitLab, Anthropic, and Google for putting this together. And to Khushi Sidana for being a great teammate.
