It's up to humans to figure out how to create and use AI agents effectively, but this process will take some time (from my ZDNET article from earlier this year) https://lnkd.in/eVCN2MME

He shares learnings from his Fortune 500 execution and the founding of OrionQ, making the case that frameworks, accountability & measurable value will decide who actually wins the next era of AI. 🔗 Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/dJpzgA6y #AI #EnterpriseAI #EnterpriseTech #AIInnovation #TechLeader #TechIntelPro

I am currently gathering articles and research for an AI presentation, and this is a great summary of the many of the datapoints I am looking at. Additionally, the mindset about handling the risks of implementation is spot on and not discussed enough in the industry.
95% of AI Pilots are failing. Earlier this week, I talked about why I'm skeptical of the AI rush. Today, I'm sharing the framework I actually use. After 20+ years in software engineering, I've learned companies succeeding with AI aren't leading with technology. They're leading with the business problem. My latest article covers: → ROI Concerns → The AI Marketing Problem → A Thoughtful Way to Adopt AI → The “AI Readiness” Checklist & The Five Dimensions of AI Readiness → The Cost of Getting It Wrong https://lnkd.in/g4FeQm2Q #AIStrategy #SoftwareEngineering #DigitalTransformation

Everyone's using AI now. Most aren't succeeding with it. That gap isn't the model's fault. It's the workflow, the data pipeline, the integration mess. We've watched pilots fail repeatedly because the environment sabotages the algorithm first. And 71% of your workers are already using unapproved tools because your sanctioned path is too slow. The companies actually succeeding think differently. They start with the human workflow, build the environment first, and embed guardrails from day one. We've seen it drive 30% reduction in manual work and real throughput gains. If your AI pilots are stalling, this might explain why. Read the full breakdown. https://lnkd.in/g4NscNje #AI #Enterprise

🧠 AI Slop: What It Is, How to Avoid It, and How to Call It Out Constructively We’re in an age of abundance — more models, more content, more automation. But when we chase quantity over clarity, we end up with AI slop: work that looks impressive but lacks intent. AI isn’t here to replace thinking. It’s here to amplify judgment. As Tony Stark told Peter Parker: “If you’re nothing without the suit, then you don’t deserve it.” The same (somewhat) applies to AI. If you don’t understand the problem, the prompt won’t save you. Use AI to refine, not flood. Because the next phase of AI adoption isn’t about using it more — it’s about using it wisely. #AILeadership #AgenticAI #AWS #SalesEnablement #EnterpriseAI #AIAdoption #GenerativeAI #ResponsibleAI #FutureOfSelling #InnovationCulture

🚀 Another step in the direction of making AI more accessible in Quickbase whilst keeping it safe and secure. 🚀 With AI Actions in Pipelines, you can enhance your existing workflows or build new ones that seemed impossible till now. Pass any information (including files) to the AI, give it some instructions and use its response in any way you desire. Again, great work from the team behind it to make it possible. Special thanks to Pavel Grigorov and Vasil Chopev. Read more about it here - https://lnkd.in/dWuua_Fe

We're not doing AI for AI's sake. We're doing it because smart people shouldn't spend their days on bullshit. That's it. That's the whole strategy. If you can automate the soul-crushing parts of your job, why wouldn't you? The tools exist. We just needed to show people they could actually use them. So we went heavy on enablement. Accidentally turned myself into a part time L&E person (hope your'e happy Elazar Maor). Because what's the point of having these tools if people don't know they can actually use them? What we actually did: We ran a Custom GPTs & Google Gems workshop. Pulled in Ops, GTM, and BA. Asked them to show us the one task that makes them want to throw their laptop out a window. Then we showed them how to build a custom GPT or Google Gem to kill it. The skepticism lasted about 15 minutes. Once people realized they could automate their own misery with basically zero coding, the creativity started. Nobody cared about "the future of AI." They cared about getting 45 minutes of their week back. Next level: we brought in Shay Shitrit and Amitay Boneh to run a deep dive on N8N for Ops, BA, and our AI development team. This is the advanced class , automating complex, cross-system workflows that we genuinely thought were impossible six months ago. The vibe in that room was something else. People realizing they have actual superpowers now. The real lesson? Stop waiting for the perfect tool or the perfect moment. New AI stuff drops every day. You'll never feel "ready." What matters is understanding what's possible. Once you see it, you'll figure out how to build it. Our people are too smart to waste time on copy/paste work. So we're giving them the tools to stop drowning and start building. Huge shoutout to Gilad Wilk for making all of this possible and backing this investment in our people.
