🚀 My Full-Stack Project (Python + React JS) Dealing with Python 🐍 and JavaScript ⚛️, I decided to start small—and that’s when this idea came up: an SGPA Calculator. 📌 What it does: The application takes subject marks and credits as input and calculates the SGPA, presenting the result in a clean and visually appealing way. 🛠 Tech Stack Used: Frontend: React JS Tailwind CSS for styling Framer Motion for animations, charts, and loaders (better UX 🙌) Backend: Flask (Python) SGPA logic implemented using Python and basic mathematical operations ✨ This project helped me understand frontend–backend integration, API handling, and building a complete application from scratch. Day-87 📘 Python Full Stack Journey – JavaScript Practice & Math Functions Today’s learning was very hands-on, focusing on JavaScript interactivity, validation, and built-in utilities. 🎯 What I worked on today: 🎨 Interactive Program Wrote a program to change the color of an SVG on click, toggling between red ↔ black continuously using event handling. 🧪 User Input & Validation Received user input using: Copy code Js document.getElementById('ab').value Applied conditions such as: isNaN() Value checks (< 10, etc.) Displayed validation results dynamically inside an HTML tag. Implemented form validation using alert() for user feedback. 🧮 JavaScript Math Module Explored several useful Math methods: pow() floor() ceil() sign() round() max() / min() sqrt() PI sin() / cos() / tan() trunc() random() These exercises really helped connect logic, user interaction, and calculations in real-world scenarios. Today I officially started learning Flask, and it was an amazing experience diving into backend development! 🔥 Flask’s lightweight and simple structure makes web development much easier and beginner-friendly. Playwright, WeasyPrint, pdfkit, Pyppeteer, xhtml2pdf. Five Python libraries that handle most HTML to PDF conversions. Playwright runs a real browser engine, so you get full CSS3 and JavaScript support. Pyppeteer does the same (it's a Python port of Puppeteer) but is less actively maintained. WeasyPrint is lighter but skips JavaScript. pdfkit wraps wkhtmltopdf, which is no longer maintained. xhtml2pdf parses HTML directly without a browser but has limited CSS support. If you need pixel-perfect output from modern HTML/CSS, browser-based rendering (Playwright or an API that uses it) is the safe bet. I just published kitten-tts-js — an unofficial JavaScript port of KittenTTS, an ultra-lightweight text-to-speech library that runs entirely in Node.js and the browser with no Python dependency. The models are StyleTTS2-based ONNX files from KittenML (full credit to them for the architecture and voice embeddings). My contribution was porting the inference pipeline to JavaScript: phonemization via eSpeak-NG WASM, NumPy .npz voice file parsing, text normalization, and ONNX Runtime for both Node.js and browser environments. It ships with 8 voices, streaming synthesis, TypeScript declarations, automatic model caching, and a live demo on GitHub Pages. Day-78 📘 Python Full Stack Journey – JavaScript Set Today I explored the Set data structure in JavaScript and learned how it helps manage unique values efficiently. 🎯 What I learned today: 🔹 JavaScript Set Sets are ordered, unique, and mutable collections Created using the new keyword with the Set() constructor 🔧 Common Set Methods add() — add a new value size — get the number of elements delete() — remove a value has() — check if a value exists 🔍 Additional Concepts Used instanceof to check data types Learned how to convert a Set into an Array for easier manipulation and iteration Understanding Sets made it clear how JavaScript efficiently handles uniqueness — very useful for real-world scenarios like removing duplicates from data.
