Most "AI for RevOps" content stops at "use AI to automate" without showing what that actually looks like inside a CRM workflow. The real value here isn't the individual prompts - it's the system prompt approach where the model carries pipeline context across sessions. That's where it stops being a toy and becomes infrastructure.
The gap in most Claude RevOps use cases is the reply layer. Pre-call briefs, pipeline analysis, territory planning - all covered. The moment a warm prospect replies mid-cycle and the rep needs full context in 30 sec to write something intelligent - nobody's built a clean use case for that yet. That's where ReplyLayer sits. Worth adding to the cheatsheet.
The push for AI in RevOps is clear, but the real test often comes down to practical integration and maintaining data integrity. At Snowball, we found that even with significant user growth, adopting new GTM tools required careful consideration of data flow and security. What's your take on balancing the efficiency gains with potential data governance challenges when using tools like Claude for sensitive RevOps data?

Claude. Curious how you’d prioritize these for an early-stage RevOps function. Where would you start ?
