SQL and Python Not Enough for Data Analytics Career

“I thought SQL and Python were enough… I was wrong.” Over the past few weeks, I’ve been deep into my Data Analytics journey, and here’s what I’ve realised👇 🔹 Knowing syntax is NOT enough 🔹 Writing code ≠ Solving business problems 🔹 Interviews don’t test what you know, they test how you think Here’s what I’ve been learning lately: 📊 SQL – Not just queries, but thinking in joins, aggregations & edge cases 🐍 Python – From basics to actually understanding logic, slicing, and problem-solving 📈 Analytics mindset – Asking: “What story does the data tell?” 🧠 NLP & Statistics – Realizing how much depth exists beyond surface-level knowledge And the biggest lesson? 👉 Clarity beats complexity. You don’t need fancy ML models to stand out. You need strong fundamentals + clear thinking + communication. I’m still learning. Still improving. But one thing is clear — I’m not here to stay average. 💡 If you're also on this journey, let’s connect & grow together. #DataAnalytics #SQL #Python #LearningJourney #CareerGrowth #WomenInTech #Analytics #Upskilling
