Most .NET Developers Are Not Struggling Because of the Market — They’re Struggling Because the Bar Has Changed. Over the last few years, I’ve observed a significant shift in hiring patterns. The demand for .NET developers hasn’t decreased — the expectations have evolved. Here’s what’s really happening 👇 From Code Writers to System Thinkers Writing APIs is no longer a differentiator. Companies are hiring developers who understand: – system design – scalability – failure handling – distributed architectures Cloud Is No Longer Optional If you’re not comfortable with Azure or AWS, you’re already behind in most modern hiring pipelines. Microservices Without Understanding Is a Red Flag Many developers mention microservices on their resume, but fail to explain service boundaries, communication patterns, or data consistency. This gap is immediately visible in interviews. Real-World Engineering Matters More Than Projects A “project” is not about completing features — it’s about how you handle logging, monitoring, performance, and security. The Rise of Hybrid Skill Expectations The strongest candidates today are not limited to backend. They understand frontend integration, DevOps pipelines, and even basic AI use cases. 📌 The Shift Is Clear: The industry is moving from implementation → ownership 🎯 What This Means for Developers If you want to stay relevant, you need to: – think in terms of systems, not just endpoints – build production-grade applications – understand trade-offs, not just tools Because going forward, developers who can design and own systems will always outperform those who only execute tasks. 💭 Curious to hear your perspective — Have you noticed this shift in interviews or hiring expectations? #dotnet #softwarearchitecture #microservices #cloudcomputing #engineering #careergrowth

𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐠𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞… 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞. Over the last few years, I’ve learned this the hard way while building and debugging production systems. A few things that shaped my thinking: • Built Kafka-based systems handling real-time shipment events • Improved API latency and DB performance by ~35–40% through optimization • Worked as a Unified Engineer, contributing across backend + frontend • Debugged real production issues, where systems behave very differently than expected. And honestly, most of these lessons came from things breaking in production. Tech stack: 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 → Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 → React, Angular, TypeScript 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 → MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch Lately, I’ve also been exploring AI Engineering, understanding how LLMs and AI workflows can be integrated into real-world systems. I’m currently 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐃𝐄 2 / 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 focused on distributed systems and scalable architecture. 👉 If you’re hiring (or know someone who is), what’s the most interesting technical challenge your team is solving right now? 🚀 I just found one of the most powerful Claude Code optimization repos (and it’s seriously underrated) If you’re using Claude for coding… this is a must-save 👇 This isn’t just prompts. It’s a full system for building faster, cheaper, and smarter AI workflows. 📌 What’s inside → 25 specialized agents Planner, architect, TDD guide, security reviewer, refactor cleaner, E2E runner… Each agent is focused, scoped, and actually usable in real workflows → 108 skills Pre-built workflows across major stacks: TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Swift, PHP, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, and more → 57 slash commands /plan /tdd /code-review /build-fix /security-scan /evolve These aren’t prompts — they’re executable systems 📌 The part most people will miss It learns from YOU. → Continuous Learning v2 extracts patterns from your sessions → Your agents improve as you build → Becomes your personal AI coding system over time 📌 Built-in security layer (huge for teams) → “AgentShield” with 1,282 tests → 102 static analysis rules → Scans configs, hooks, and agent definitions 📌 Token optimization (this is 🔥) → Defaults to Sonnet → ~60% cost reduction → MAX_THINKING_TOKENS capped → ~70% less hidden cost → Smart compaction at logical breakpoints (not last-minute cuts) Most people focus on models. Over the past decade as a Python Developer, I have come to understand that coding is merely a fraction of the role. The true challenge lies in constructing systems capable of managing real-world scale, adapting to evolving requirements, and handling unpredictable workloads. I have experience with real-time, high-volume applications where performance, scalability, and reliability are essential. My work has involved designing APIs, managing asynchronous workflows, working with event-driven systems, and deploying on AWS. My emphasis has always been on how systems function in real world scenarios, beyond just the development phase. What currently excites me is tackling complex problems related to optimizing performance, enhancing system design, and ensuring platforms are resilient and maintainable. I also value collaboration with teams, mentoring developers, and promoting improved engineering practices. #Python #BackendDeveloper #SoftwareEngineer #AWS #Microservices #SystemDesign #APIDevelopment #CloudComputing #DistributedSystems #Kafka #FastAPI #DevOps #Hiring #OpenToWork #TechJobs

🚨 Java Developers. Are you still avoiding AI because it’s “Python-heavy”? Here’s something worth your attention 👇 👉 Deep Java Library (DJL) bringing AI/ML capabilities directly into the Java ecosystem. As a Java Full Stack Developer, I’ve been exploring how we can integrate AI into production-grade backend systems without switching stacks. 💡 What makes DJL interesting: ✔️ Build & run Deep Learning models natively in Java ✔️ Seamless integration with TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX ✔️ Use pre-trained models or plug in custom ML pipelines ✔️ Deploy easily on AWS, Azure, or on-prem systems 🔧 Why this matters for backend engineers: → No need to depend entirely on Python-based services → Easier integration with existing Java microservices → Faster adoption of AI in enterprise systems → Cleaner architecture for real-time intelligent applications 📌 Where I see real use cases: Fraud detection systems Recommendation engines Intelligent document processing Real-time analytics with event-driven systems ⚡ As someone working on scalable microservices & cloud-native systems, this opens up a new layer of capabilities within Java itself. If you're a recruiter or hiring manager looking for engineers who can bridge Backend + AI, this is the kind of direction I’m actively exploring. Happy to connect or discuss opportunities 🤝 #Java #SpringBoot #MachineLearning #DeepLearning #DJL #BackendDevelopment #Microservices #AI #AWS #Hiring #OpenToWork #C2C #seniordeveloper #javadeveloper

Full Company not Full Stack! 😃 Dear recruiters, if one role needs Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Go, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, databases, messaging systems… This is not hiring anymore. It feels like trying to pack an entire tech team into one person. What actually matters is not how long the list is. It is how well someone understands what they do, how they solve problems, and the impact they can create. #softwareengineering #developers #hiring #techcareers #programming #fullstack #devops #cloud #engineering #growthmindset #techlife #linkedinindia #careerdevelopment #recruitment #buildinpublic
