What makes ToolsGroup/Engage 2026 stand out? It’s not a conference 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 customers — it’s built 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 them. At the core: ✅ Peer‑to‑peer discussions on real planning challenges ✅ Customer stories focused on outcomes, not slides ✅ Open conversations on what’s changing — and what needs to change next A shared space where the ToolsGroup community comes together to challenge assumptions and shape what’s next. 📍 Multiple locations. One shared goal: better decisions, delivered. #ToolsGroup #ItsInOurDNA #SupplyChainPlanning #TGEngage

The best RevOps leaders we speak to are experimenting with agents in their GTM stack. Everyone’s at a different stage, and the teams learning to use these tools fastest are moving ahead. We want to help companies build on Kernel data with Claude Code, so we’ve started a series on exactly that. The first session (open to everyone) is today at 6pm BST, focused on hierarchies and territory planning. Territory planning has a huge impact on revenue, but lots of teams are still building on bad data. The first step is fixing the entity layer so you’re working from accurate data. From there, you can use Claude Code to build workflows on top. Marcus Henglein and Ollie Grimes will walk through this end to end, including how to frame the problem in Claude, shape outputs, and manage change as territories evolve. This is what most teams miss—performance drops don’t need better analysis, they need faster detection. By the time someone opens a dashboard and starts digging, the damage is already done. So I designed a system where performance itself triggers the workflow, not human review cycles. How the system actually works: • Live ROAS monitoring running continuously in the background • Threshold-based logic to detect abnormal drops instantly • Automated evaluation against historical benchmarks • Real-time Slack alerts with actionable context for teams Instead of waiting to analyze performance, the system surfaces issues the moment they happen—so teams can respond while it still matters. Claude Series | Part 7: Partnering with Claude Like a Pro Claude isn’t just a tool It’s leverage - if you know how to use it right Most people treat it like a chatbot Ask → get answer → repeat That’s surface-level usage The real shift? You stop using Claude… and start assigning roles to it Because Claude isn’t one capability - it’s a stack of functions most teams never fully tap into Here’s how we think about it at Nians: → Reasoning: for decisions where depth > speed → Artifacts: for outputs you can actually use (docs, dashboards, assets) → Cowork: for execution across files, tasks, and workflows → Integrations: for connecting your entire stack → Claude Code: for building and shipping without bottlenecks → Browser: for research, validation, and real-time intelligence The difference isn’t the tool It’s how you assign the job Most teams: Prompt → Output → Repeat High-leverage teams: Context → Role → Execution → Scale That’s how you turn Claude into an operator - not an assistant And once that clicks, you don’t just save time… You start compounding execution If you’re still prompting randomly, you’re leaving serious leverage on the table Comment “PRO” and I’ll share how we structure Claude setups internally for different use cases 👇 #AIinBusiness #AIinMarketing #Automation #FounderMindset #FutureOfWork #Productivity #AIOperations

We at The Misty just made it ridiculously simple to hire your first AI team. In this video, I’m walking through how you can: → Browse the Nonilion Agent Marketplace → Buy a ready-made team (like Marketing, Sales, GTM, or Engineering) → Deploy them directly into your workspace as live coworkers No setup chaos. No fragmented tools. Just a manager-led team with memory, org structure, and real execution inside your office. Whether you want a full department or a single operator, everything is plug-and-play. This isn’t just automation. This is replacing entire workflows with autonomous, office-native teams. Watch the demo 👇

One trigger. Many outputs. No manual coordination. Every webinar, every launch, every campaign kickoff comes with the same low-value tasks: notify the team, get it in the calendar. Done by a human, every single time. Imagine a Make scenario that watches for a marketing webinar event, routes the data instantly, sends a team notification and adds it to the calendar - automatically. The effort didn't disappear. The system absorbed it. How much of your team's week is spent doing things a well-designed workflow could handle? #WorkflowAutomation #MakeAutomation #BusinessSystems #Automation #EdenMetrics

ZoomInfo just admitted outbound automation can’t replace human connection. Let that land for a second. This is a company that profits every time you run more sequences, pull more lists, automate more touch points.. it still said shiny tools aren’t the future of GTM. Data is catching up to what most of us already felt it which is the same ai written openers and generic sequences. The industry is heading backwards, people buying from people they know (via referrals and warm intros) with a model that keeps learning on repeat. Founders/ professionals treating linkedin as a relationship channel win. PS: When’s the last time you started a conversation with no agenda?
