🚀 Interview Experience & Learning Today, I attended an interview for a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) role. 🗣️ The HR started with a brief introduction, followed by resume-based questions. The discussion included topics like: HTML, CSS, JavaScript React Redux, SQL Node.js, Express.js MongoDB 💡 Key Realization: While my background is mainly in frontend development, this interview made me understand that the current job market is shifting towards Full Stack (MERN) roles. 📢 Feedback from HR: The company is currently looking for candidates with full stack (MERN) skills rather than only frontend development. 📚 My Takeaway: This was a valuable learning experience for me. I realized the importance of upgrading my skills and becoming a full stack developer. 🔥 Next Step: I am now focusing on learning and building projects using the MERN stack and will come back stronger for such opportunities. Grateful for the experience and excited for the journey ahead! 💪 #InterviewExperience #MERNStack #FullStackDeveloper #Fresher #WebDevelopment #React #Nodejs #MongoDB #LearningJourney #CareerGrowth

Stop ignoring Backend development just because it looks "harder." 🛑 I see many freshers flocking to Frontend (React/Bootstrap) because they think it's the easiest entry point. I did the same. But here is the truth I learned the hard way: 1. Competition: Frontend is currently hyper-competitive. 2. Skill Depth: Backend development (especially in the .NET ecosystem) builds incredible logical thinking and data management skills. 3. Opportunity: There is a high vacancy rate for developers who can handle SQL, APIs, and server-side logic. Switching to .NET shaped me into a better developer. It forced me to understand how things actually work, not just how they look. My advice for freshers: Don't fear the logic. If you want a role where you can grow quickly and face less "noise" in the job market, start with the Backend. #BackendDevelopment #DotNet #SoftwareEngineering #CareerGrowth #FullStackDeveloper #CodingLife #CareerPivot #GrowthMindset #BackendVsFrontend #LogicDriven #DevCommunity

🚀 My MERN Stack Interview Experience as a Fresher Last week, I attended a technical interview for a MERN Stack Developer role. As a fresher, this experience taught me a lot, and I wanted to share the questions that were asked—it might help others preparing for similar roles. 💻 Frontend (React) Questions: • What is the difference between functional and class components? • What are React Hooks? Explain useState and useEffect • What is a Higher Order Component (HOC)? • How does React Fiber work? • How do you optimize performance in React apps? 🌐 JavaScript Questions: • Difference between var, let, and const • What is closure? • Explain promises and async/await • What is event bubbling and event preventDefault? 🛠️ Backend (Node.js & Express): • What is middleware in Express.js? • How does the request-response cycle work? • What is REST API? • Difference between synchronous and asynchronous operations 🗄️ Database (MongoDB): • What is MongoDB? • Difference between SQL and NoSQL • What is aggregation in MongoDB? • How do you design a schema? ⚙️ Practical/Problem Tasks: • Build a simple counter app • Create a form with validation • Fetch and display API data • Implement a basic CRUD operation 📌 My Takeaway: As a fresher, focus on fundamentals + hands-on practice. Interviewers are more interested in how you think and solve problems rather than just theoretical answers. If you're preparing for MERN interviews, feel free to connect or ask questions—happy to help! 😊 #MERNStack #ReactJS #NodeJS #MongoDB #Freshers #InterviewExperience #WebDevelopment #JobSearch
