this is one of my favorite social hacks. such a simple way to be inclusive. it also requires you to be aware of yourself and your position in group dynamics. that awareness is an important mindset to maintain.

This was recommended at Monkigras last week too!
I love the pacman rule. First heard about it at jupytercon in 2017. We made an announcement at our GW OSCON this week to explain and encourage the pacman rule.
