I spent the week at the Women in Retail Leadership Circle Summit expecting a great event, of course. What I didn't expect was the reset needed to finish the final push to CommerceNext's Growth Show with a newfound wind in my sail. From Kelly Cook, CEO of David's Bridal on reimagining leadership, to Neelima Sharma from Lowe's Companies, Inc. on prioritizing problem-solving, to Jill Katz, Laura Ravo, LORRIE KING, Nora Gomez, and Jackie Hutson reminding us it's okay to pivot, there was so much to soak up. One takeaway I'm immediately bringing to LinkedIn is from Kate Ridley at Stanley 1913 - social media isn't a stage, it's a group chat. I am finding the same is true for sales. Those winning right now aren't broadcasting at customers. They're in the conversation. I'm grateful to be a part of this one and a proud partner of #WIRLS Because this is exactly the community we want showing up in NYC on June 23–24! Here's to a great week!
Had the absolute best time! Thanks for showing me the ropes of my first ever WIRLS! Had a blast being there with you and getting to chat about every session!
