My First Full-Stack App: Orbit, a Student Life Planner

After a journey that involved more error messages than actual code, I'm thrilled (and slightly terrified) to announce that my first full-stack application, Orbit, is now live.🚀 It's a student life planner built with the MEAN stack, designed to organize everything from your assignments to your finances. There's even an AI assistant that turns your notes into study guides. 🤖 Along the way, I learned that: ~ API keys have a strange habit of not working until you've questioned all your life choices. ~ “Works on my machine” is a perfectly valid excuse, until it isn’t. ~ Deploying is 10% coding and 90% figuring out why your .env file isn't being read. Huge thanks to Google, OpenAI, Hugging Face, and finally back to Google for the... character-building API experience. Go ahead, give it a try. And if you find a bug, congratulations — you’ve found an Easter egg. 🔗 Live Demo: https://lnkd.in/gWh_7eUK #WebDevelopment #Angular #NodeJS #FullStack #MEANstack #DeveloperLife #BugOrFeature #FirstDeployment #CodingJourney
