Have you heard of inversion of control? So what the heck is "Inversion of Control" (IoC)? It's got a fancy name, but what exactly are we inverting? No, we're not going to be writing code upside down. Although, that could be fun. Instead, the concept will be moving the responsibilities of something back out to the caller or creator. If that sounds weird, it's because it's a bit of a paradigm shift. Something like dependency injection is a great practical example of IoC! LeetCode Practice: Today I solved Problem no.328(Odd Even Linked List) Statement- We are given the head of a singly linked list , group all the node with odd indices together followed by the node of even indices , and return the reordered list. Approach(Brute Force) Key Idea: I used ana auxiliary array to store the node values 1-Traverse the list by using temp->next->next starting from head to collect the odd indexed nodes 2-Then temp=head->next and traverse it using temp->next->next to collect the even indexed nodes 3-This ensures that all the odd index were stored first followed by even indexed nodes 4- Finally convert the array into the linked list. #Day58 Solved: Longest Substring Without Repeating Characters(Leetcode 3) Worked on one of the most asked string problems that really tests problem-solving and optimization skills. Problem: Find the length of the longest substring without repeating characters. Approach: Used the sliding window technique to efficiently track a valid substring. Instead of checking all possible substrings (which is slow), I dynamically adjusted the window: Expanded when characters were unique Shrunk when a duplicate appeared Key Learning: The biggest takeaway was understanding how to maintain a valid window rather than restarting every time a duplicate is found. Complexity: Optimized the solution from O(n²) to O(n) using the right approach. This problem strengthened my understanding of: Sliding Window Two Pointer Technique Optimizing brute force solutions #leetcode #dsa #programming #coding #slidingwindow #problemSolving

🚀 Day 93 of #100DaysOfCode Challenge Today’s problem was all about identifying “Beautiful Strings” 🔢✨ A numeric string is called beautiful if: ✔️ It can be split into a sequence of increasing numbers ✔️ Each number is exactly +1 from the previous ✔️ No leading zeros allowed 💡 What I Learned Today: How to break strings into valid sequences Handling large numbers using long long Importance of string comparison vs integer operations Edge cases like: Leading zeros ❌ Single digit strings ❌ Invalid increments ❌ 🧠 Approach: Try all possible starting numbers Generate the sequence dynamically (x, x+1, x+2…) Match the built string with the original If matched → ✅ YES x Else → ❌ NO 💻 Example: 👉 Input: 91011 👉 Output: YES 9 ⚡ Key Takeaway: Sometimes brute force with smart validation is the best approach! 📅 Consistency is the real game changer. Your IDE can autocomplete your syntax, but it cannot autocomplete your logic. It is easy to get caught up in the latest plugins and the coolest themes. But at the end of the day, your brain is the compiler that matters most. A great developer can write an algorithm on a napkin if they have to. Focus on the mental models first.
