🚨 Most React Developers Get Rejected Because of These Mistakes… After sharing React interview questions yesterday, I noticed something 👇 Many developers know answers… But still fail in interviews. Here are 5 common mistakes you should avoid: ❌ 1. Only memorizing answers (no real understanding) ❌ 2. Not explaining concepts with examples ❌ 3. Weak knowledge of basics (props, state, hooks) ❌ 4. No project explanation / real-world use cases ❌ 5. Poor communication during interview 💡 Tip: Interviewers don’t just check knowledge… They check how you think and explain. 👉 Which mistake have you made before? #ReactJS #FrontendDeveloper #MERNStack #InterviewTips #CareerGrowth #DeveloperLife

🎯 React Interview Insight Most candidates know React. Few understand how it actually works. If you're preparing for interviews, focus on: ✔️ Virtual DOM & Reconciliation ✔️ State vs Props ✔️ Hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback) ✔️ API Handling & Error Handling ✔️ Performance Optimization 💡 Tip: Explain concepts with **real project examples**—that’s what interviewers look for. #ReactJS #InterviewPreparation #FrontendDeveloper #TechJobs #CareerTips

Most frontend interviews don’t reject you because you don’t know React. They reject you because of these small mistakes 👇 ❌ Jumping into code without understanding the problem ❌ Giving textbook definitions instead of real examples ❌ Not explaining your thought process ❌ Ignoring edge cases ❌ Saying “I know this” but not being able to explain Interviewers are not just checking knowledge. They are checking: 👉 how you think 👉 how you approach problems 👉 how clearly you communicate Even average answers can stand out if your thinking is clear. 💬 What’s one mistake you’ve made in interviews? #FrontendEngineer #ReactJS #CodingInterview #SoftwareEngineering #CareerGrowth #GauravTiwari

After sharing a few interview questions recently, I noticed something interesting. Many developers know the concepts. But when they try to explain them clearly — that’s where things get difficult. And that’s exactly where interviews are decided. Not on what you know. But on how well you can communicate it. If you’re preparing for interviews, don’t just read or watch content. Try explaining concepts out loud. That’s where real improvement happens. #dotnet #angular #softwaredeveloper #fullstackdeveloper #jobsearch #hiring #techjobs #csharp #webdevelopment

Most developers don’t fail interviews because they can’t code. They fail because they sound junior. They give textbook answers They can’t explain trade-offs They freeze when questions get messy And interviewers lose interest fast. I’ve seen this again and again. Good devs… getting rejected — not because of skill, but because they don’t know how to think out loud like a senior. So I put together a simple guide: - How to answer ANY interview question step-by-step - Real .NET questions with answers that actually get you hired - How to explain trade-offs clearly (what interviewers care about) - The exact mistakes that make you sound junior I’m giving it away for free (for now). If you’re preparing for interviews or tired of getting rejected: I’ll send it to you. Let comment "Mastery"

Recently, I had an interview experience with a reputed organization. I gave my best — answered questions confidently and even completed the coding task during the discussion. However, the outcome wasn’t in my favor. One thing I realized — interviews are a two-way process. Not just candidates, but even interview environments can sometimes be unpredictable. This experience made me reflect on something important: interviews are not always a perfect measure of capability. Sometimes, there are factors beyond preparation and performance. To everyone in the same phase — keep going. Your effort is never wasted. #InterviewExperience #KeepLearning #GrowthMindset #Reactjs #frontend
