Ditch Guesswork for Workforce Intelligence

Your RTO mandate isn’t a strategy. It's a security blanket. It’s time to move furrow Work placement Management  to Workforce Intelligence. Leaders are guessing. Hoping. Winging it. Static. Outdated. Expensive. Your workplace strategy says one thing. Employee behavior says another. The gap? That’s the "Hidden Tax" on your balance sheet. It’s the quiet anxiety stalling your breakthrough. I’ve spent 25+ years architecting talent systems at firms like HP and Gilead. I know the difference between a fossilized culture and a breathing talent pipeline. On May 20, I’m joining Jeff Waldman, Zech Dahms, MBA , and Brittney Jones to disrupt the status quo. We’re moving from guesswork and second guessing to trusting our people and observing real behavior. Are you ready to build? Start architecting. #VisionaryConsulting #LeadershipDevelopment #FutureOfWork #HighPerformance #ArchitectOfAmbition

Now, while this looks like a fantastic discussion to be a part of, I just don't think I'm the Brittney Jones you're looking for 😂

I love this! I talk about this all the time! I find it so ironic that all of these companies and leaders are so quick to adopt emerging tech, AI, latest and greatest, whatever, but yet fall back on the old adage of “but in seat equals productivity”. If you want people to come back to the office, make it because they’re humanity and connection is a priority! Wake up! Companies that are embracing skills as the currency of work will never have to worry about the old ways. They will be excited and lean into what’s possible in the future! #skills4life #wakeupcall #RTO #humanfirst

Really looking forward to unpacking this with you Christopher McCormick
